They are very friendly, considerate and professional. The dentist and staff try and get to know their patients and look out for them. We are very happy with the treatment and service we receive from Concord Dental.

I love coming here. Its a very friendly experience. Dr. Khan is amazing. I had a top and bottom filling done within 45 minutes of me arriving to the dentist. Highly recommend Concord dental!

In response to your reply to my post, you are saying that lady's back has been turned to me without asking me to pay a fee, of course this part understood.But you have a notice on your front door that cleaning fee is $160; but you charge my primary insurance for $171 plus on my 2nd insurance and I STILL OWE YOU $33 ??? I am expecting a revised statement sent to me showing $0 balance and an apology note will be great! Oh friendly reminder to all who wish to visit this clinic, please bring 3 insurances with you (just for teeth cleaning).....................I read through reviews from other clients before I still insisted on writing my own experience. I went there as I need to find a neighborhood dentist. 2022 2nd recall was done in this clinic (across the street). I hand in 2 insurances upon check in, one from work and one personal from GSC. Then my regular cleaning done by a hygienist. She was polite but I felt she became very cautious when a lady dentist came in to check, after the cleaning. But that 'check' was not even 5 minutes and she said something of no importance. I only remembered she kept talking to herself and with her back on me, who's new customer with 2 insurances. So far I could only remember the back of the dentist but never her face. The treatment date was Nov 2022. Yesterday Jan 20 2023 I received a statement from them asking me to pay $33. They charged my work insurance for $107 and my own insurance for $46 + out of pocket $33 for a regular cleaning which I do clean twice a year? What I mean if whoever in this office does not know how to do the billings correctly, should pack up and go home. Please do not send a statement for Transfer Charge To Patient" 3 months later......... Why didn't you send me a christmas card first before you want to ask for a payment? Do you think an owner/dentist with this management mindset really can run a business well? If a customer with 2 insurance still has to pay 18% out of pocket

Dr. Khan and the wonderful staff at Concord Dental are in a league of their own. They work with you to give you options on your many dental needs, they put forth an effort at all times to look after any dental and pain issues by finding a solution rather than immediately sending you out to other specialists. Not only does that speak to my comfort level of having a competant and caring dentist. It also assures me that with Concord Dental, I have the BEST in dental care. They are considerate of their patients schedules in booking appointments so when you arrive, there is rarely, if ever, a wait time.My family wouldn't go anywhere else.Its nice to know that when you have a dental problem, you can count on Concord Dental and their staff to help you any way they can. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

At first we had them to take care of our daughters teeth and did Invisalign treatment. The treatment went smoothly I expected longer treatment but Yay that's quick. And we are so happy with the result. They have reasonable treatment plan as well. And now they take care the whole family's dental needs. And I recommending them some friends as well. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist, all I can say is that doctor Khan is a god sent. She made me feel so comfortable and handled my anxiety like a professional. She’s very calm, patient and so understanding. It’s hard to find a dentist like her and so glad I did!

I had been going to Concord Dental for about 7 years with satisfactory service. Marion and Melissa at the front desk have always been wonderful. Dr. Farhat Khan changed all that for me in early 2021. Multiple negative dental experiences in a short period of time and not properly addressed. I have had many dental visits over the years and Dr. Khan was my worst dental experience ever. I have been dealing with the after effects ever since. I have thought about posting for a long time. Today is the day.
