I love purdy’s and this location is no exception. The people who work here are always fast and friendly. However, Purdy’s needs to consider running a smaller promotion than “$12 for 12”. I am told almost every single time I purchase from the showcase that this promotion is available. However, it is just way too much chocolate for one person, and I’m “not going to share” $12 worth of chocolate, which has been suggested on more than one occasion. I am a weekly regular here and just like to pick up a small amount each time I come. The person ahead of me was also told about the promotion and also said no, very likely due to the amount of chocolate. Please consider running a more appropriate promotion for those only shopping for themselves. A “$6 for 6” which be a fabulous idea. Thanks and good luck!

Good experience. They didn't have my desired item due to Covid. They helped me find an item that satisfied my gift requirements.

I usually go to the one in the Bay Center for a single scoop waffle cone. It's always looks like a icecream cone. They pack the bottom layer and top it with a scoop. Well the lady that made my cone at Hillside Mall, forgot my scoop. She packed down the foundation and handed it to me. I was surprised that anyone would think that an ice cream cone could be given to the customer looking empty. Single scoop doesnt mean that you get a bit of icecream stuffed into the top of the cone and no regular scoop on top. Like what the?/ I had to take a pic and see if anyone else thinks that this is acceptable. Ive never seen anything like that in a store. I will not be returning to the Mayfair mall Purdys now. Why risk being treated like that again? Over 5 dollars and I get some lopsided icecream which wasn't a whole scoop never mind her smirk as she handed it to me like that. She saw my reaction when she handed the cone to me and had the opportunity to make it right but chose to be cheap anyway. I guess she didn't care if I felt cheated. Im only a customer, my satisfaction isn't any concern . Maybe she was annoyed by me ordering something since that meant that she had to get off her phone for a few minutes.

I love Purdys Chocolates, and I love this location. Always helpful staff, and today the interac system was down so they gave me a free sample chocolate. It was delicious as always!

Seems to be run by some snooty people. I like to stop by and see what's new every time I'm in the mall; I don't often buy anything though, as when you ask for a moment to just look you can see the annoyance clearly from the staff. Often I just walk away. If I do decide to purchase something my little order of 2 - 3 truffles is treated as though it's not worth their time.In my opinion every purchase should count, and be treated with equal customer service from the staff. I do not recommend. Try the local Roger's Chocolates instead.

Excellent chocolate, family favorite! The chocolatier that helped me, Melanie, was super helpful and helped me pick out the perfect selection for my mother's birthday!

Pretty snarky when I went to pay with my Loyalty Card for a free ice cream. They gave me the least amount of ice cream possible and batted me away like I was an annoyance.

Purdys is always wonderful and has been a much-enjoyed part of my family's holiday gifting tradition for as long as I can remember. Particular thanks this shopping trip for helping me find thank-you gifts for 8 volunteers within my event's limited budget. They were all very surprised and pleased to receive them.

Long hairs in the chocolate of the fresh dipped ice cream bar. Bit into it, found looped strands throughout, disgusting. No one wears hair nets, the liquid chocolate must be full of hair. Will not be going back to this Purdy's at Mayfair mall, do not recommend it to anyone. They gave a refund but it took a long time to process and they did not offer anything as compensation for selling food full of hair.

I recently tried a the ultimate ice cream from Pardy's and it was amazing! The flavour was spot on and it was creamy and smooth. The chocolate flavour was not too sweet and was perfectly balanced with the creamy texture of the ice cream. The ice cream also comes with a choice of topping and dip, the chocolate dip or vanilla dip, nuts topping or sprinkles, this added a nice texture and bite to the ice cream. I would highly recommend trying this ice cream if you're a fan of rich chocolate ice-cream.
