Gf is with this provider they arnt loyal there service isnt the worst but i have to call 2-4 times before my call doesnt go straight to voicemail she has missed dozens of important calls .... We call in and the fix it for maybe 48 hours at the most then goes right back what if our kid was injured at school or i had a work place accident .... They dont offer anything they constantly push for her to update her plan ... And everything they offer cost more for less ... This location has helpful staff and im sorry for the bad review koodo as a service provider has been a horrible expierence

Always excellent customer service at the kiosk in the mall. Long term staff that know their stuff!! Switched over about 6 years ago. All my kids have switched too.

By far some of the worst customer service ever. Koodo clearly encourages it's employees to lie.I made an online order with koodo to take advantage of a black Friday offer on a Google pixel 6. Everything went fine. That was until they attempted" to contact me via phone for a credit quiz which I thought was bizarre considering during the application phase a credit check was performed before the sale went through.Because I "missed" this important call I received an email informing me of such. I responded to that email and immediately got an automated reply saying I would have to wait 2 to 4 days to get a real response.The very next day I "missed" another important call and this time received an email informing me my order had been cancelled. Nice.This is the point where I should have given up. Contacting customer service was a joke. First

I have had great experiences at the Koodo kiosk since it opened some 15 to 20 years ago. My whole family buys their phones here . The service is great and the managers are outstanding. It's not just one person who is consistently skilled to resolve technical gremlins, they are all competent technicians with good customer skills.. We have been so lucky to be so well looked after.

Switched from Rogers to Koodo last night at the Bowmanville store, Paul the Koodo Rep did a fantastic job. He knows his stuff, explained everything to me. Switched from Blackberry to iphone, showed & explained how to use the iphone. Paul is an asset to Koodo, keep up the great customer service.

I have had my issues with Koodo as a company, billing issues and that sort of thing. But I have never once had any issue with the staff at the Bowmanville Mall kiosk.They are friendly, helpful and energetic. Whether the reality is they are in sales and that's just what you do, or they are actually and honestly that happy of people is immaterial.They have treated me with respect, courtesy and more than a few jokes and laughs.Still... Would rather Koodo wasn't their employer, but we can't have everything.

Waited for 2mins to be served, awhile the lady working the counter was chatting it up having a grand ol time with a woman from another store. Looked right at me waiting and kept talking. Walked out. Terrible service

Emma and Kayla are always helpful to my teenage son when he needs assistance!
