My sister and I recently had my braces with Dr. Persaud. I have nothing but good things say about Dr. Persaud. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and moreover will not give wrong advise to this patients for more money. My sister's case was little complicated yet he was able do it with perfection.The receptionist , Dental hygeinist and other staff are also very freindly and forth coming. The only thing I wish is they would be open for longer hours and have better hours of operation but overall 5 star to the whole team.

I went with Niagara Peninsula Ortho after comparing pricing and found that Dr. Pershad charged a reasonable price for an all inclusive invisalign service with no hidden fees. Additionally, he and his team are very friendly and knowledgeable, and always accommodated my schedule. They always answered all my questions and explained the process very clearly. They provide 5 star service and I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Pershad and his staff are wonderful. He is thorough and takes the time to explain everything to myself and my son. I’m always seen on time and the front desk staff are eager to help answer any questions.

Sabrina Smith gives excellent client care, making sure her clients teeth are well taken care and above satisfactory. She put on both the top n bottom braces of my daughter and was both gentle and thorough. 10/10 recommend!

My youngest son finished his treatment today and it is a little bitter sweet! We will miss Dr. Pershad, but happy both boys have beautiful smiles because of his expertise! We were a little apprehensive at first and were not pushed into anything we didn't feel necessary which was so appreciated. Every one of the girls in the office and the hygenist's in the back took wonderful care of the boys. This is such an efficient office as well, we never had to wait long for an appointment and were in and out to not miss much school much to my boys chagrin! Thanks so much for the wonderful care!

I have been extremely happy with Dr Pershad. My teeth were an exceptional case and required a huge amount of movement to get them lined up. I'm very pleased with the end result.The staff are very friendly and will take the time to answer questions when asked. Appointments are prompt. I typically only waited a couple minutes before being called in. I highly recommend them.

My son just had his braces taken off and his teeth are perfect. We've always felt comfortable with all of the staff and Dr.Pershad is a down to earth guy, very nice. I recently decided to do Invisalign and would only trust Dr.Pershad with my complicated case. He's the best hands down!

Exceptional service and care!! Jessie, the office manager, along with everyone at the front desk and behind the scenes ran these offices like a well oiled machine. From scheduling, appointments, answering questions, emergency care…I was able to reach someone who answered my questions immediately, every single time. We were with NPO for 3 years for my daughter’s orthodontic care plan, and the staff made her and myself feel welcome and cared for at every appointment.
