Brought a 2 year old pair of sunglasses In because hinge had broken ordered a replacement frame. I mentioned I have heading out of town that afternoon for a long drive and one of the staff offered to give me a loaner pair and popped my lenses in until mine came in…. Much appreciated!!

Ollie Quinn offers stylish frames and one has the option of adding nose pads, which cost extra. The price is right, too. Even with the addition of nose pads my glasses came in $185 lower than another optician's quote. So why didn't I give Ollie Quinn a 5-star rating? I had to wait over a month for my glasses because they had to be sent back to the lab twice (my prescription is complex). I do believe that this was an exception rather than the norm.

Anna Sofia helped me pick out my glasses and I’ve gotten many compliments on them. She made me aware that I could add a blue light filter which has helped reduce eye strain when I use mobile devices. The price was a little higher since I was there two years ago, but the quality service and product help make up for it. Highly recommend.

My experience with Dr. Catherine Michon was outstanding. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else if your looking for an optometrist. By far, the best experience I've ever had.The staff were also amazing. They were all helpful, and friendly. Thank you.

I found the optometrist to be thorough and professional. Service from Anna Sophia for my glasses (reading and progressive) excellent, with care and attention paramount. My glasses were ready within a couple of weeks and pick up was smooth and efficient. The price, as most already know, is much, much better than just about anywhere else in the city. I recommend Ollie Q Ottawa to everyone.
