Found my prom dress here, it was the first dress i tried on and i stopped looking because it was perfect it made me feel awesome. I didin't need alterations done except getting cut shorter and on the day of prom i put it on and it was too big, when i ran in to the shop Janet was there and she altered the back of it quickly so it could fit, was so stressful but they were a huge help. Thank you!!!

I just purchased my wedding dress at this store today. I felt comfortable immediately walking into the store. There was no pressure to purchase and a beautiful selection for all price ranges.The salesperson was knowledgeable, committed, and helpful.Thank you for helping me find the perfect dress!

Beautiful store. It's a bride's dream to find a dress because they have a huge selection and wonderful staff that are very helpful and friendly.

This is the best Bridal place all around, they help save my wedding. My fair lady ordered the wrong size of wedding dress for me then closed there doors. KM Bridal went out of their way to help me and put me at ease. My dress was beautiful when they were done. I would like to thank them again for help me yous are the best!❤

Wonderful staff. Found my dress the second try. Staff were so happy and cheerful. My alterations were alot and she nailed it! Thank you so much. I will be dealing with them in the future ❤P.s. when I went in for my first fitting therewas a beautiful white and blue dipped dressed. I fell inlove. Thought it was gorgeous. When I went back in to show a friend it was already sold. Very unique ideas! Great job ladies!

Me and my friends were hoping to try on some dresses, so we came to KM Bridal Outfitters. We got there just before 2:00, and were welcomed enthusiastically by the staff, who offered help and tips as we tried dresses on. We very much appreciated the fact that she put in the extra effort to suggest dresses we had not picked as well, and that she did not hesitate to help us with zippers, buttons, lacing, etc. An hour later we found out that the store was supposed to have closed at 2:00, but since we came right before that time, we were good and that it was no problem for her stick around a bit longer for us.This expirience was definitely the highlight of our day and we wanted to congratulate you on your awesome staff! Love this store ❤️! Definitely recommend it.

My first time in the store was early September. It was a great experience. I found my dress for my wedding (taking place late October). It needed a few alterations and a bit of bling added. It turned out beautiful and I felt comfortable in it. My only piece of constructive criticism would be the timing. Two days before my wedding, I was told my dress was ready. However, it still needed one more thing done to it. I picked up my dress the day before my wedding. To me, the day before the wedding is cutting it too close. Though I did get my dress, it stressed me out wondering if everything would be done in time. To me, last minute leaves more room for error.

My Mum bought a dress for my wedding. Due to ill health I have had to cancel my wedding. She paid for the dress in full did not take it out of the shop. My Mother left a message so did I our calls were not returned. My mother finally got hold of them explained the circumstances and asked could she have a credit note, she was told we do not do credit notes. There was no empathy or compassion Anyone that goes into this store do not pay for anything in full only pay a deposit. I would not recommend this store to anyone for weddings or proms

I went in for a fitting, and when trying on my dress, they broke the clasp, but said that they would be charging me $5 to fix it. They had my dress for a month and a half and hadn’t done ANY alterations!!! I learned this just 19 days before my wedding!!! Told them I would be taking my dress back and finding someone else!!

Out of the 5 dresses that I tried on the last one had 10 real buttons. The others had a zipper behind the buttons. When my maid of honour asked the blonde staff if she could button up the dress, the staff smirked and said ‘Well that isn’t going to happen’ she laughed and walked away from us. We were the only customers in the store the whole time we were there. I was giving this shop a second chance after my daughter’s prom dress fiasco. Never again! Go to David’s Bridal in Ottawa where you will be treated with professionalism and respect.
