Dr Lee is a very professional surgeon. He showed his understanding of patient’s anxiety before an unplanned surgery and explained patiently what it involved. Dr Lee performed a very successful procedure. At the post surgery follow up appointment, he was on time and he assured us that the recovery was as expected. Dr Lee, thank you so much.

I must say that Dr. Justin Lee is the best doctor I've met in Canada. In fact, he is the most caring and kindest human being I've met in my entire life. I thank God that I had a chance to meet him as my surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Lee and God bless you. Also, I see some negative reviews on his time management. But you know, he doesn't brush you off because the appointment time is up like other doctors. He patiently listens to you and analyses your problems to find the best way to cure you. Although this might take a bit more time and other appointment times could be delayed, you get the best result which should be the top priority. I definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr. Lee is a wonderful doctor/surgeon. We first met him over 25 years ago when he was on call in Emerg and took care of my husband over a Labour Day weekend. 25 years later and I asked to be referred to him when I required some minor surgery. He was as wonderful as I remembered! Soft spoken, caring, thorough, fully explains procedures and patiently answers all of your questions. His office assistant is professional, well-organized and lovely as well.

I was referred to Dr. Lee for a procedure which was done recently. I met him at his Richmond Hill Office. His office is busy so I was sent in 30 minute later than my appointment time and I do not find this a bad experience". Judging by the # of patients in his office

I was very nervous about my minor surgery today. Dr lee did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable. He even brought a radio in the room to calm me down! I am extremely satisfied with the job he did and happy to have started my recovery. Thank you Dr Lee!

I have had very bad experience with this doctor for minor surgery, after surgery he ask me to see him in a month therefore I took a day off for this purpose including another appointment and finally I wasn`t able to see him. This is happened twice so far. First of all he doesn`t come on time and then it takes an hour or more for each patient beside take lots of patient which is out of his time capacity, in short, other than I wasn`t happy wit his surgery he doesn`t have any respect for his patients time at all. Definitely I will not go back again to see him.

If I could he’d get a zero. He had no regard for my loved one in a situation that could have been so much more dignified. After he operated on my family member his bedside manner changed. Yes he made a big mistake and I wish to this day that when my loved one was first diagnosed we would have gone elsewhere to consult with someone more experienced.

After booking a post minor surgery appointment 3 weeks in advance, the good doctor cancelled it 30 minutes before the scheduled time. I had to take time off from work for this appointment. Total disregard of patients time by the doctor.

Dr Lee is a excellent surgeon. He corrected my issues with surgery that other surgeons could not. Wait times vary but he is defiantly worth the wait. He will spend as much time as necessary with you. I never felt rushed out, if I had any questions he took the time to answer them all. I understand others frustration with wait times but don’t judge a doctor by wait time.
