Hired this company for snow removal on a commercial building. Paid every month, even though they were only required to come a handful of times throughout the season (November to March). They never came early in the morning which is necessary as the tenants of the building need to park in the parking lot. And when they did come they said their machines were not adequate to do a proper job (then why did you take on the job??? Was our response). The last month of our contract required them to come on two separate days… neither of which they showed up for. After emailing late in the day the first time and asking if they would be coming, we received no reply. After bringing this to their attention they simply said “pay within 120 days or it’s going to collections”. I understand we signed a contract for the months of November- March but they also signed that contract saying the would provide their service.. I would not recommend this company for snow removal. Their attendance was poor, their communication skills were sub par, and just an overall bad experience. I don’t typically write reviews as I’m not one to rant on the internet but I also don’t like being taken advantage of. So if this review stops one other person from being scammed it’s well worth it.

Kent and his team are fantastic to work with; their quote was thorough and the job was done in good time with every detail attended to. We are beyond happy with the level of communication and service we received and 100% recommend Wylds to anyone seeking a landscape professional!

After 12 years of living in my home I have had Wylds KM services for lawn care, snow removal, fence repairs, total back yard makeover, they tore down a glassGreen house and disposed of it for us, cut down trees and stump removal and they added a new driveway in for us!
