The Valleyview Fountain Tire Team saved a family outing even when it meant working past closing on hot Saturday afternoon. Removing the offending metal and patching the hole was completed with impressive speed, courtesy, and even smiles! Five star service, for sure! Thank you again, fellas!

Probably one of the worst places you can use for when you get a flat tire on the highway. Called them up after hours, was quoted only a half hour to an hour of work coming out to $120 to bring out a proper lug nut socket, was pleased with the price and told them let's do it. They finished and told me I would get a call the next day and I went on my way. A week later now I get a charge on my credit card for $320 from them. I call them and ask what's with the big bill and am very rudely told, with no consideration whatsoever, that that's just what it costs and that I'm stuck with the bill. Will never use these guys again.

Travelling through Valleyview, I suddenly got a flat tire or my tire exploded. I pulled in to the location as I saw a few men standing out back. Found out the location was closed. Attempted to change my tire with factory provided tools. A young man Named Justin saw me struggling he came over and assisted me with my tire replace my spare and got me on my way. Definitely recommend this location and this young man. Kudos to Justin for assisting me. People like him make the world a better place. Trust this location to provide the service needed to all motorists.

Having to drive on coldest day my console froze up. The awesome staff let us pull car into a bay to thaw. They topped up my antifreeze and put card board in front. And they inadvertently fixed a seperate heating issue. Then they refused to let me pay. I am truly great full to all of you!!

Very nice location in Valley View on highway street. I only stopped by to retorque my tires after a tire change at a different shop and they did everything for me free. Shout out to the folks at the reception and the gentleman that retorqued my tires for me.

I limped into Valleyview today with my Terrain that was shaking/vibrating so hard I thought my teeth were going to fall out! Oh wow, these guys are fantastic! Amazing service, explained everything to me and showed me the problem. I am very impressed with Fountain Tire Valleyview! Thanks so much for helping me out!

I must say I am overly impressed with the service from the shop. I was driving from White Court to Grand Prairie on a dummy Tire with another tire that was about ready to give up I stopped all in a huff and a puff in Valley View because I didn't think I'd make it much further and surprisingly they had tires in the back they gave me a great deal they had them on within half an hour and I was on my way this is the second time I've dealt with this shop and they have been amazing every time so thank you guys Stellar customer service and I appreciated
