Went through drivethru around 9pm. Stopped in the parking lot to make sure our order was correct and noticed an error with 5 out of 8 items. Went back in to correct and they told us to keep the original, plus they remade our ENTIRE order, not just the items we had the issue with. Weren't even annoyed (Ive worked cust. serv. I might have been annoyed), great customer service all around.

Don't go here if you have to be anywhere in the next few hours. Ordered online and was given a time to pickup. I waited half an hour after arriving at my pickup time until my food was ready. People in the store had been waiting an hour. People were returning their meals because the food was cold. Uber Eats drivers were canceling orders. This is by far the worst run fast food joint I have ever been to.

Was excited to hear that BK was opening a store in Kingston's west end. Been a long time since I've had BK. Visited the Midland location last evening for the first time via the drive thru. Brought my discount coupon. A bit of a line up and slower moving, but it's a new store, probably with newer staff, so no problem. Placed my order, Whopper meal, and mentioned I had a coupon. Was asked for the coupon code. Told the employee I can't read the (very tiny) code without my reading glasses. Was told I couldn't use the coupon without providing the code. Really? Really?? Never, ever have I been asked to read anything off a coupon in order to use it at any fast food restaurant I have been to, including all of BK's competitors. I have no issue with being asked for the code, but there needs to be a back-up plan if there's a problem (maybe posting a list of codes or the page of coupons at cash?). My experience yesterday certainly dulled my initial excitement. Please do better, BK.

Every time I’ve gone here they are out of something. Today it was jalapeños for the angry whopper and root beer!! In previous times, they never had the ingredients to make the pickle nuggets yet still advertised them. They need to do their inventory better. Also the language barrier is insane, I respect everyone but having to repeat myself over and over again can be a tad annoying. While I understand it’s a new restaurant, it’s been open long enough for them to sort out their kinks and that doesn’t seem to be a priority.

The fries were salty but good.The Whopper patty and overall flavour seems to have changed and not for the better in my opinion. The onion was very strong and I burped it up all night long. It just wasn't as juicy as I remembered it. Also it seems that unless you eat there your Whopper is almost cold when you get it home and we are literally 5 minutes around the corner from them.

Had to stop at BK for Whopper Wednesday. The new location is clean, with friendly staff. Service was fast as well. Four stars out of five, only because the Whopper I ordered came with tomatoes after requesting none.

Today i went there to pick up a skip order. I saw a bun fell on floor I saw the employee pick it up and keep it back with other buns. I told the employee that it was on floor and she simply ignored me. It was a very bad experience as it is basic hygiene. And violation of healt safety. I am not going to have food from this place in future. If you can eat that kind of food or give your kids then welcome to this great place.
