Tea was perfect.

Bubble tea was lukewarm (I would have expected cold, but had it been hot it still would have been better than lukewarm). On a more positive note, the branding and style of the place is cute (cute cups and logo).

I was very disappointed when I got my order. They didn't even put my extra topping that I PAID! They didn't even put some ice, when I made a specification to my 3x Black Sugar Milk Tea--the taste was bad too! I will NOT definitely recommend this store if you are craving for bubble tea/ milk tea!

I was so excited to learn that there was somewhere I can now go buy bubble tea, so close to work. But I was disappointed. First it was in the shop because there were 4 employees who all seemed lost and had me waiting for my bubble tea even though it was ready, while all 4 were at the register trying to figure out something regarding an order for a customer who came after me. I was even more disappointed when I finally got back to work and realized that the bubble tea has these disgusting boba bubbles that are pretty much just tapioca mush. The texture is horribly mushy and not like a real boba at all. In the spirit of not being 100% negative, I do want to say that their presentation is very nice both online and in person and the restaurant was very clean. Hopefully they can improve their recipe!
