I recently visited Rituales near Lionel Groulx Metro and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Vanessa, who performed my facial, was both skilled and friendly. She explained each step in a soft, relaxing voice, making the experience even better. The spa had a peaceful ambiance. I'm already excited for my next visit and highly recommend Rituales Clinic in the St. Henri neighborhood.

Calm and suiting and environment, my experience at Rituales was incredible.Emma is an exceptionally skilled therapist and extremely knowledgeable. While she inquired about my health and lifestyle in order to tailor the treatment to my specific needs, she was also very attentive to how my body responded to every manipulation. The deep tissue massage was far more than just relaxation, It's has provided me actual relief from and my back pain. A true therapeutic experience.Would absolutely recommend

Wow!!! So happy I came to Rituales, I had a massage done by Kayla and she was amazing. She listened to my needs and was really able to give me the massage that my body needed. It is clear that she has expertise and knows what she is doing. She asked me if the pressure was good for my body which most therapists forget to ask … I highly recommend this place, book with Kayla. Emma is an amazing massage therapist! I have been using crutches for a month due to an injury and she helped relieve a lot of pain I have been feeling in my shoulders, neck, and arms. I will definitely be going back! It was so relaxing.

Rituales is truly the best little escape for a massage and self care date in the sud ouest! Went for a couples massage with my husband and both Gabriella and Nadine were amazing! We each had a combination of deep tissue and relaxation. We left feeling so relaxed, calm, and not a single muscle knot in sight. They also have facials and so many other treatments, I can’t wait to go back and try. Highly highly recommend booking here!

I recently had a flow massage from Kayla and it was an amazing experience! Her expertise in this massage technique is evident, as she was able to provide a truly relaxing and rejuvenating massage. I felt so calm and refreshed afterward. I will definitely being going back to Rituales soon. If you're looking for a great massage, I highly recommend Kayla!

I loved my experience at Rituales Holistic Wellness Clinic in lower Westmount. I did a massage, stomach massage and organic facial. My massage felt so good and she focused on all my problem areas from being on my phone and laptop. My stomach massage surprisingly was my favourite! I will definitely be back!

I've been dealing with very dry and dull skin with the change of weather. I went and got a hydrating facial and my skin is glowing and plump. I'm super happy. My face looks alive again. I can't wait for my follow up.Best part was that it was all natural products.

Gabriela definitely has the magic touch. I was struggling with tension headaches mostly on the right side of my face and down my neck. I found Gabriela on TikTok in October and scheduled an appointment right away for a deep tissue massage. I have had total of 6 massages (we are now February) and my headaches are pretty much non-existent. I am so grateful for Gabriela. She is amazing at what she does, and such great person.
