I chose this location because of the APP certification, and I had a blast meeting the team and getting my navel piercing done! I have a floating piercing because of the anatomy of my navel, and I love it! Alex did an amazing job and answered all of my questions, and the team was there for me when I felt nervous/anxious about getting pierced. I even got a courage certificate which I appreciated, and I thought the gesture was adorable! I can't wait to go back! I highly recommend Zen Tattoo! :)

Walked in to buy a nose ring for my gf but they wouldn't sell it to her without an expert there... Just have to wait 25-30 minutes and they'd b back. Ya right! As if anyone's waiting 4 that. Didn't need the act of piercing, just buying a piece of metal but the person there was not trained for this complex task :(

When they bandaged my tatoo, they used bandages from an old dusty box. This resulted in an infected wound and a scar. I would highly recommend going somehere cleaner

I walked in without an appointment for an earring emergency for my daughter. Alexandre took her in right way, was super gentile and delicate with her and the issue was resolved within a few minutes. He is very professional and incredibly knowledgeable about piercings. The studio is very clean and comfortable. Overall, we are very satisfied with our visit and would definitely return in the future.

The absolute best tattoo/piercing shop! Sarah does some of the most beautiful tattoos, she’s done many for me and each time I am beyond impressed with how she manages to draw and tattoo exactly what I describe! Love this shop and I have a great experience every single time, super friendly staff and overall amazing vibe

Very disappointing for a first experience. For starters, I enter the store, and nobody greets me. Secondly, after waiting for 15 minutes without nobody acknowledging my presence I decide to leave because no employee even took the time to say hello how can I help you or even just a little sorry for the wait we will help you shortly.I only wanted to buy a new nose piercing and change it but unfortunately, nobody was there to answer me and I’m not gonna pass my whole day at the store waiting for something that takes five minutes not even.Very disappointed for someone who has never been there in the past so for a first experience, I do not recommend.Next time I hope the staff will think about at least saying hello to someone that enters their store it’s just common sense. This is definitely not how you run a business if you want customers.

I love the people there. I usually get pierced by Alex. He answers all the questions we bombard him with, is very reassuring and patient. The piercers are very clean and professional. My friend got denied a belly & industrial piercing because they don’t fit her anatomy and her body would reject it. When she went to another place they told her they could still do it even if there’s a risk (she ended up not doing it). Only con is the prices: I paid about 100$ for a nose piercing (with titanium stud) & 90$ for a rook (with basic jewelry).
