We had a small take-out order from Doña Julia to satisfy some cravings and we cannot wait to come back for more!

This place has the best empanadas! So juicy and yummy. They are very busy in the evening, however we wanted fresh and warm empanadas, so didn’t mind the wait. Very nice employees. Also one of the few places where you can find Inca Cola!

Staff was helpful and nice. As an Ecuadorian though, the food was not what I was expecting and my friends disliked the encebollado. The Humitas were awesome, however, and it is reasonably priced.

Very friendly staff, very good food, everything was above expectations. My first time tasting white corn and I was very impressed by the preparation. Even the hot sauce was clearly homemade, and scotch bonnet is my absolute favorite. Will definitely be returning to this hot spot. 9/10

Been ordering from here throughout the pandemic, and it's always good. My Ecuadorian husband and I get the hornado. The fritada is also yummy, but we default to hornado more.

Delicious! This place looks a little run down from the outside, but is a hidden gem in the Junction Triangle. We were pleasantly surprised with this family owned operation. We ordered empanadas (beef/cheese) as well as Hornado (roasted pork with corn). Empanadas were crispy, but not oily and had a flavourful filling. The pork was tender, juicy and could've used some additional flavour, but it was still great. I'll order again.

Great local spot. Reasonably priced, generous portions. We ordered fried fish, hornados, empanadas and all were delicious. Super recommend to check it out for good low key eats.

I went here for the first time today and got humitas and hornado. They were both really good and the price is reasonable. I'd definitely recommend and will go back.

The best hornado in town, this is a true Ecuadorian cuisine restaurant, staff and chef are the best!! Humitas are like bring some home to Toronto

Delicious food and friendly service. I had the hornado, cheese empanadas, guaguas de pan, and colada morada. They were all delicious and tasted very authentic. After a long, 25 hour, flight into Toronto I learned that this restaurant served Ecuadorian food and I just couldn't pass up the opportunity. I just wish my stay wasn't so short so I could sample the other Ecuadorian dishes on the menu like the Ceviche, yahuarlocro, guatita, papas con cuero, among others. I will just have to come back! You know a place is good when you see multiple regulars come in and greet the owner by name. If you live in Toronto, consider yourself lucky and visit this restaurant now.
