Thank you Antonio. Dealing with you was a pleasureI had to replace my home theater system due to a flood. Antonio helped me find a great replacement for my old equipment. I purchased a pair of Kanto YU4 Bluetooth speakers from this store and couldn't be happier. The sound quality is perfect while working from home. The owner Antonio was very helpful and knowledgeable. He is very personable, in fact as soon as I walked in his showroom the first thing he did was offer me an espresso. I guess being in Little Italy, you get Italian hospitality. He offered me to demo several speakers based on my needs and budget, plus he gave me the Antonio Price" which is better than any sale price I've seen to date. Honestly do yourselves a favor

My experience with Capital sounds was exceptional. Antonio's knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Gave him the layout of my house and told him what I was considering and he was honest with me, instead of selling me the most expensive , which is what i was considering. He put the perfect package together that suited my space which was a lot less expensive . He was more concerned about my happiness with the layout and sound then he was with the profit. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family with a 100% backing . Absolutely the man to go to .

I don't generally post public reviews but Antonio and Capital sound were so great to deal with that I felt I had to.Communication with Antonio was Superb. He is very responsive, and answers questions promptly and fully.The speakers themselves were in perfect condition, including the boxes. I really wanted to pick them up on the date of purchase, and despite it being late in the day, Antonio accommodated me.Lastly, even though it was closing time, Antonio took me through the whole house/showroom. It is clear he has genuine passion for audio, and it comes out in the way he talks about his products and deals with customers. Deal with confidence - I will definitely use this company again.

I contacted Antonio to purchase a Marantz turntable. Through the process, he was able to answer all my questions, secure inventory, and even delivered the product himself in a very timely manner.As I unpacked and commenced building my new deck, I noticed a couple of peculiar and out of place things. Specifically, the turntable’s antiskate arm was loose not fully screwing into place, and the motor made a funny clicking noise. I contacted Antonio looking for support.In a short amount of time, Antonio was over at my place inspecting the issues. He committed to contacting the manufacturer directly and get back to me. Again, in short order he was able to secure a replacement unit, which was perfect.My new turntable is now set up and I couldn’t be happier with the service and experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to source high end audio gear. Thanks Antonio!

Five stars for Antonio and his generous customer service.Full disclosure- I have not yet used his service. But read this anyways!I approached Antonio about hiring his team to instal a TV mount, however wanted to verify if the mount I have is working properly before the instal.I had put the mount together, but clearly either I had built it incorrectly, or the mount was faulty.I called Antonio on a Saturday morning and he was available to take a look at my mount immediately.Not only did he spend 20-30 min tinkering with my mount for free, but he was very knowledgeable, friendly, confirmed my mount was faulty and explained why, and gave me recommendations for other mounts to consider.Thank you Antonio, looking forward to using your service once I find an appropriate mount.One constructive comment- it would have been more ideal if you had a mount on site or available to order with a good refund policy.Mille grazie!

Day 2 in Ottawa. Thought my power amp had been damaged in the move. Needed a quick diagnosis. Arrived at Capital Sound (usually appointment only) unannounced. I was instaintly and warmly greeted by Antonio, as if I were a long-time customer. He dropped everything to do the diagnosis. Net, net, an amazing 1st encounter. The difference of dealing with a brand that cares.It all started with trying to buy a Rz-50. I placed 3 orders at a shop that starts with a G, got canceled 3 times, never got an explanation. I decided to change gear, saw CapitalSound online, tried my luck. Couple of weeks later, I called to know if they had any ETA, I knew Rz-50 were hard to get by.They explained me why there were delays, essentially made me feel secure about the delays. That my transaction was not to be cancelled without at least a phone call and promised a call back by the time they have the stock.In the wake of Onkyo's unfortunate fate, I called back to discuss my options and decided on a different model. They really know their stuff, great advice, no BS, no frills.I will shop with CapitalSound again and will recommend to the people I know.

I just receive my new Marantz CD60 today from Capitol Sound in Ottawa. Mr Antonio Romeo is the owner of this wonderful Hi-fi shop. He is courteous and very professional. We did talk a couple of times on the phone and communicate also by email before I decide to buy this new CDPlayer from Marantz since he is an authorized dealer for Marantz America. He will take good care of you if you decide to shop Hifi equipment there. I am waiting for my new Marantz integrated amplifier coming soon and I will have the chance to meet him again. I highly recommend Capitol Sound in Ottawa and the excellent service of Antonio.
