Worst dairy queen ever . 3 times now I've placed an order on uber eats and either gotten the wrong order or had my order canceled for no apparent reason by the restaurant. This place needs better , capable staff . Terrible

Placed an order on the DQ app for two Caramel Cheesecake Blizzards around 9:30 pm on June 30. It was indicated they would be ready in approximately 15 mins. We went down to the location to pick them up and they were not even started yet. The staff member was very polite and made them, however there appeared to be an issue with the ice cream machine on the left and other staff members began using the one on the right to make orders. The staff member we had used the one on the left. The blizzard was served to us very watery. This was disappointing. I also don't see the advantage to using the app if it's nowhere near ready when you arrive. Also, you cannot pick up an order at the drive-thru you must go in the store. Will most likely cancel the app as it provides no additional benefit to the order process in my opinion!!

Only a one star since it does not let you rate 0 stars. TERRIBLE customer service at this location.They treat customers like they are stupid.Went in to get 2 blizzards as I had a BOGO birthday blizzard coupon in my app.I activated it while in the drive thru(you have 15 mins to use it)And when I approached the window the gentleman was having troubles inputting it so he got one or the ladies to help and she was accusing me of using a fake coupon, that I already used it and it was expired.Even tho you could see it was not and it was directly on their app.I was then told to leave bc my coupon was not real.My coupon is now expired for real since they refused to use it. And I was treated horrible.This isn’t the first time I have had issues with this location. Safe to say I won’t be returning. Sad since this is the location closest to us.

I am curiously drawn to sketchy places, so this place fits the bill. But it’s possible to run a sketchy Dairy Queen that doesn’t smell like old furniture. Fix the filth and the smell and I’ll be back.

Unfortunately they have no respect for customers in the drive-thru when the restaurant is busy. I pulled up and there were 0 customers in line at the drive-thru and they asked me to wait just a moment which turned into 5 minutes. I had to say hello into the intercom multiple times before they answered me and said “welcome to Dairy Queen” as if I had just pulled up. I asked the guy at the window what was going on and he said he was very busy. I told him I understand that but taking a customers order is very quick and demonstrates a very basic level of respect and appreciation for our business. I don’t mind waiting a little while while my order is prepared but don’t leave me hanging like that at the ordering intercom waiting with my window down in 30 degree weather.

Always a good place to get an ice cream but unfortunately everytime I go there is always someone trying to get free ice cream and holding up the line. Comes with the area I guess.

Every time I get food from this place I always find hair, threads, etc. in my blizzard. This place is not clean and is my least favourite DQ location in the city.
