Dorwin Medical Pharmacy

The pharmacy is okay.I would not recommend Dr. Saleh that has his practice there! Extremely unprofessional, no hours of operation posted. Call and takes days too call back. Goes on vacation and doesn't update voicemail. A lot of smoke in mirrors. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. The receptionist is also unprofessional with not returning phone calls for days and when she does she doesn't know what you called about. If u could give minus star's I would! Ve aware folks!

Looks like this place don't care about patient time , their site says clinic time from 9:00 -6:00 on Thursday, and I was calling since 9:00 for almost 10 hours to confirm my appointment, and later left voice mail to call me back, but receptionist called me at 12:37 to tell me that I had appointment at 12:30 and now doctor can't see me in person as I had appointment at 12:30 . And to my surprise on Thursday they open at 12:00 not at 9:00 , so their own site is wrong and they don't care about that patient waited on phone for almost 1 hour just because of misinformation on their site .

excellent clinic.. the doctor is always on time.. no waiting for long time even if u dont have an appointment at the walk in clinic

The staff is friendly, however, they constantly screw up prescriptions I’m going back to Shoppers Drug Mart, although they are slow at-least their open on the weekends and can get the prescriptions right, they can actually count too, unlike Dorwin Pharmacy.

What a horrible experience… Dr Hussein completely rejected my chief complaint & didn’t even give me a chance to get a word out before directing me to watch yoga on YouTube… complete waste of 2+ hours and no sympathy for patients pain.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from the clinic side. The doctor was very friendly and efficient with the treatment. Highly recommend!

Wow..... Where to start? My doctor here is great, but even that might not be enough to keep me here. The admin, receptionists, etc. are so incompetent that I need to do breathing exercises before interacting with them. It's like they're genuinely trying to make life as hard as possible for the patients here. Do they understand they're working at a DOCTOR'S OFFICE, not a tanning salon? Their inability to do anything right actually has an adverse effect on the peoples' health. I have no idea how these people still have jobs. It kind of reflects poorly on the doctors that they employ such awful, incapable people. I've met my fair share of incompetent employees, but the admin here are worse than all of them combined. If you can, find somewhere else to go. I can't stress enough how taxing it is getting these people to do even the most simple of tasks.

Nice staff, amazing, knowledge pharmacist, fills prescriptions quickly. I have a great experience every time.
