Went to this eye clinic in Red Deer. They are very accommodating and kind, all the staff. Dr. Pamela is surely the best eye doctor I had here in Canada... She is very detailed in explaning my eye condition and thorough.. I would definitely recommend them for your eye concerns. 5 stars....

Dr. Syrota and Amy the optician were great. I was very happy with my eye exam for both Kathy and I. I bought a new pair on lenses, which I have never used before and I am starting to get used to them. A defect was noticed by the lab technician and they ordered me a new pair, before I picked up the glasses. Great service, thank you.

Dr. Kells and the entire Red Deer Eye Care Centre team were fantastic. Smooth online booking system, friendly admin staff and Dr. Kells took her time and was very thorough explaining her findings and what the various eye tests meant. Awesome spot, look no further for an optometry clinic in town to go to.

Been going to Doctor Berger on/off for ten years. He is fantastic.Recently, I had a bad experience buying glasses at a chain place. Decided to come here for a second opinion as my optometrist is on-site. Amy helped us and was AMAZING. She explained things in a very helpful manner and was really fun when it came to trying on pairs. I'm super happy with my new glasses. Thank You!

We have been seeing (pun intended) Dr. Berger for several years. He has vast knowledge in his field and obviously cares a great deal about providing the highest quality of service. Great Doctor, great human.Amy was the superstar that helped us pick out frames in their clinic. We are the people looking for something a bit different and the selection of frames was fantastic. Amy knows her stuff. As first timers with progressives, we walked away so grateful that she walked us through the details and how's and why's.Highly recommend this locally owned clinic.

Red Deer Eye Care Centre
I was pleased with the staff and the service. However, I asked for my pupillary distance measurement, and it was turned down with an explanation that I do not agree with. As my optometrist, I would think that you would want to share this information so that if I do order glasses online, I have this measurement correct. It has nothing to do with my progressive prescription as the distance my pupils are apart is not going to change. I have been going here for years and I may reconsider for my next eye exam.

had my eyes tested, and was a great experience... since I wanted contacts, was advised to consult with Renee the contact specialist... This was well worth the cost . She went above and beyond to make sure My vision was great with the contacts... took a couple of tries, but we finally found the right vision prescription. Very professional , and very helpful .. Highly recommended.
