To be honest,I recommend using another company.I did a PCR test at Care point Davie st. But my sample was misplaced during transit. The transit company is Life lab.Because of that,I couldn’t go back to my country and needed to extend my stay.I asked about compensation but they couldn't do it. I can't believe that situation.

Davie Street Clinic The front desk was extremely rude and condescending. Not helpful at all. The woman (Debbie) has a sign by her desk that should actually face towards her.! Being courteous is infectious " They were totally in the wrong having made a mistake on the request form which required me to make a second visit. No apologies

Lifelabs - *sigh* absolutely terrible. The queues are RIDICULOUS! Every location booking appointments 2+ weeks in advance. Forget about walk-ins. Extremely frustrating online website. Since they took over the wait times have nothing but grown.If this company disappeared off the face of the planet, I would not miss it.NEGATIVE (-10) STARS if possible.

The shirts you couldn't help a dead chichen. My name is Walter Weisse and live in Maple Ridge BC.. I got out of Royal Columbia Hospital, New Westminister BC on September 1 and need a wayfaring and this system cannot supply appointment that I require to have it test on Tuesday and Thursday on a on going bases your system cannot do it so close down and let's bring back BC LABORATORIES THAT COULD SUPPLY A SERVICES. GET OUT BEFORE YOU KILL SOMEONE BECAUSE I CAN SURE SEE THIS HAPPENING.

Jennifer Cudlip is the Chief Operations Officer. She is in charge of how many employees, how much they get paid, and why everything sucks at lifelabs. Call their Burnaby head office. write about it on social media. She's unreachable and this organization is failing Canadians.

cant believe it takes you up to three or four days to process doctors fax into your system in order to get tests done doctors not impressed i will go somewhere else next time if possible hopefully our politicans will straiten out this mess and spend are 148 millions a year somewhere else

The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, condescending, and sounded like she would rather have been doing anything but helping people. LifeLabs might want to rethink who they hire to be customer/client facing.

Good what they do, but their drivers need to SLOW DOWN, speed limit in the parking lot of their building is 5km/hr and they’re clocking over 25km/hr nearly been hit and rear ended by them many times!!!

Talk about a horrible system. Rude staff answering calls, it took over an hour to book an appointment to a place that did walk ins and that’s because you can’t just call the place directly. Useless system!
