Have been coming to his dry cleaner since we moved in the neighbourhood 5 years ago, fantastic service and prices. Never any issues and will be coming back when I need my clothes dry cleaned. Thank you !

Love coming here as it’s always fast and friendly service. It is bright and clean and organized inside which always eases anxiety about items being misplaced. Always ready before the expected date and items are definitely handled with care. Only issue I’ve had is them stapling the tags into my silk scarves which I’ve mentioned already. Always a spot to pull over right out front which also helps. Keep in mind they only accept cash or debit for all those trying to use credit cards for the points ;)

My experience was very positive. I brought in my white duvet for cleaning after my grandson had an unfortunate nose bleed all over my white bedding. I had made the mistake of trying to wash it myself which made it worse. Victoria day cleaners was able to mend my fabric and get all the stains out. I am so very happy with the final result and that I didn't have to throw out my bedding. Thank you so much!

How lucky are we to have this dry cleaner in our neighborhood? So kind and accommodating, even when approached with unusual sewing and dry cleaning requests. So thankful to the friendly and skilled staff at Victoria Dry Cleaners!

My experience was positive. They dry cleaned a sweater and repaired a jacket.

DO NOT USE THIS DRYCLEANER. The are taking advantage of customers and gauging their prices. I spoke to the owner to discuss the cost and he hung up on me. The average cost to dry clean a dress is $40 max, they have charged me doubled. Pat Foran of CTV News will be very interested in this review.. Enough with ripping people off. Very POOR customer service.See owner's response below. As you can clearly tell, he is in the business of dry cleaning and of course you would bring in your dresses to get cleaned. Although i do appreciate that he cleaned the gown but charged my daughter a crazy amount to get it cleaned because he saw that she was young and wouldn't complain about the cost. I was out of town and only saw the receipt when i got back. I will pick up my gown and pay full price for the service. I just wanted to post this review to explain how rude this owner was.
