Bow City Storage

The experience is very easy and I like the app to control access to the facility and my storage unit. Makes a stressful move easy in the storage aspect. They also have clean facility with spacious indoor loading bay and carts to help move your stuff through the building.

I facilitated setting BowCity as the vendor for my organisation, Parsons Inc. My POC at BowCity was Dan Elliot. His coordination and communication is seamless. I appreciated his efficiency, transparency, clarity when explaining, and attention to detail. He is very respectful and resourceful and it has been a pleasure working with him. EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT IN A STORAGE FACILITY! Wow...what a great facility! You pull up in front of one of their big garage doors, tap an icon on the app, and the garage door opens. You drive inside, out of the driving snow or rain, and the door automatically closes behind you. Lots of carts and large dollies are available to load up your boxes or whatever. Up the elevator and to your storage locker, where a tap on another icon automatically unlocks your storage locker. The icon even tells you what number your locker is!! When you're finished, just close your locker door, and it automatically locks, verified by the red light. And the whole place is as clean as a whistle. Very modern, very friendly service, insurance on your stored stuff is available, and thanks to their high degree of automation, the place is accessible 24 hours a day. This is the standard against which all storage facilities should be measured.

I have rented other storage before but decided not to renew. While googling for storage in downtown, I came across with BCS and its amazing review from customers. I gave it a try and booked a viewing, Alma did the tour and showed me the facility. I was in awe of how top notched this rental facility hiding in 10th Ave. From facility entrance to unit access- App is every user friendly. I did sign a contract after viewing and started moving my stuff, didn't realize the 5x5 couldn't fit a queen bed. I went down to ask if there's available 5x10, Alma did find one and move me right away in just a wink of an eye.Custom Service at it's finest!!!The storage is everything digital including washroom access. This is brilliant!Alma, Seia and Dean you guys are AWESOME!!ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have been renting an Unit at Bow City Storage for more than 2 months. All the helpers are very nice and helpful. I’ve checked some other storage before I choose this one which is the most model storage in Calgary downtown, all of facilities are new and modern, full of tools needed are available and free to use. There is an very nice lounge for people for their waiting time or relax, they serve coffee and drinks free. How a harmony atmosphere beyond just a place for storage. All the access using by phone, I love it, it’s safe and convenient. Highly recommend!

Alma and Seia have been outstanding every step of the way. Their timely responses to questions, care and support have helped us in selecting the right size unit and feel confident that we made the right decision to use their facility over the coming months. It is a state of the art facility and the prices are excellent. Professionals through and through and most important, caring humans who really take time and effort to look after their customers.
