Window Choice

*Stay Away*I placed an order for a patio door and Aluminum enclosure. I signed a contract and agreed on price. The enclosure was measured 3 times..Then I received a call from the sales rep saying that he underpriced the jib by $900 and asked me to either come up with the difference or cancel the deal. I declined and said that I would like for the order to go through. He said he would have to contact his manager 3 days later and after not hearing from him or his manager I called james" the big boss. He was very condescending and disrespectful. He had painted a fantasy picture and believed it. After calming james down and bringing him to a respectful level he agreed to go back to me to see whether he would continue with the project or no. There was no mention of perhaps I pay an extra $200 $300 or so and they cover the difference. He called me back on Tuesday and said he decided not to go ahead with it.So just to recap

I used windows choice to do all of the windows and 2 patio doors on my house. The quote was better than everyone else I got to quote. It’s been 5 years and all my windows and doors are still perfect. Their customer service was excellent, everything happened just as they said it would. I have referred them to many many people who all thank me later. I’ll be getting them to do a double door entry in two months in the house I just purchased. I actually stumbled upon these reviews because I was about to ask for a quote!

James and his team are wonderful to work with.!!!! They take a very committed interest in their client's satisfaction in a job well done. They did 4 different jobs for me, on 4 different occasions, which shows I kept coming back for their products and service.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.Thanks for well done jobs!!!!!!

Had an issue with the lock on the patio door that we had purchased from Window Choice few years back. Gave them a call and Ken was very prompt to come over, inspect and replace the lock. Very Professional. Been a happy customer for 5 years. Keep up the good work.

They do the best and most professional job of all the window companies claiming to be quality work. James offered top tier customer service and answered all of my calls. Will use them again for any/all of my window and door needs.

Very disappointed in the service of this business. I booked a quote with a guy name Kien and he never showed up. I rebooked agai and this guy did not show up and was so rude on the phone when I asked him why he wasnt interested in my business. He said they don't like to do small jobs that dont make enough money. I will take my business elsewhere

Went above and beyond to do 28 windows at our centre. Amazing customer service. Really care about the customer & the quality of work. Completed on time. No mess. Employees worked around our programming to accomodate us and ensured everything was safe for the families using the cnetre. Came back within a week of being told there was a small part on one window not working properly & fixed it. Well below competition quotes and 4 years later our windows are still in great shape.

Very happy with our patio door and windows. This is the second time we are using Window Choice. We had a great experience both times. Dealt with James and Kien. They helped us pick the right products for our home. Friendly, on time, delivered ahead of schedule! Zoran, the installer, did a great job! Arrived on time, completed the job within a few hours, and cleaned up before he left. Highly recommend!
