Garage Cycle Spin Studio

Garage cycle is the best spin class I’ve ever attended! The environment is incredible and the workout is absolute fire!This is my favourite form of exercise and Shaye and Raina will make sure you see results ! Try them out you won’t regret it !!

I have never been so excited as to work out at Garage Cycle! Shaye, Raina and Kyla are inspiring and motivating instructors! I am challenged every time I go! You won’t find a better place to spin! This place has it going on!

I love the instructors at Garage! They have awesome upbeat music and know how to push me through a class. I always get a really good workout when I go.

The best spin studio! We are so lucky to have Garage Cycle on the Peninsula!! This is not just riding a bike in a garage. It is SO much more. This is spinning to amazing playlists with dimmed lights, neon lights that change with the beat and a cold essential oil infused towel at the end of a hard work out. Raina and Shaye are incredibly motivating and skilled teachers. They are so welcoming to all skill levels and encouraging of everyone. If you haven’t been, you need to check them out!

The BEST Spin class! Instructors know there stuff, keep classes fun and motivated and I’m absolutely hooked! They design classes to move through a wide variety of conditioning (hills, sprints, speed) and it’s easy to follow - to the tempo of their ever changing playlists! They offer shoes, aromatherapy cool-down towels, and so much more. Definitely worth checking out!

I cannot say enough about Garage Cycle Spin Studio, Raina, Shaye and Kyja the Instructors. Since I began going there in 2019, they have convinced me I am strong and I can push my body in a healthy way; for strength, wellness, and a positive attitude. AND ITS FUN! Music is always great, playlists are changed up regularly, the studio is clean and a great cool temperature, lights are fun and funky, and cold towels at the end of a sweaty class are the best! Seriously, I never thought I would be a regular at something like this but it is a game-changer - I would be lost without attending my beloved Spin with Raina, Shaye and Kyja! Awesome spin studio!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The space is new and very very clean! The instructors go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and teach a very fun and motivating class. Their music ROCKS! I highly recommend checking out Garage Cycle. You will be hooked.
