Every-time I go for a service , Fax or pick up and or return parcels ship things the service is 5 star. Always courteous and kind with great knowledge of how to assist you. Highly recommend oh and quite reasonably priced.

Super helpful! Ted helped me find just the right box size and packing supplies I needed to ship something today. He was so nice to notice I had cycled there and gave me a large recycled bag for all my items!Store was well stocked and had so many services I didn’t even know about. Even passport photos!

This is the best courier company in this city. Their sincere and polite service attitude makes me come again and again . They handle the courier of my important documents well. Even I was a careless customer ,who left documents at home, they waited for me and tried to help me. I highly recommend Alexandra for photo ID. She is very patient and careful to help guests take important ID photos.

Visited the store for the first time today and was happy with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you work in the downtown area and need some quick printing or need to send a package then this is a very convenient option. I'll be coming back for sure.

I went to get my photograph done for my citizenship application and the store owner was really nice and polite! The service was great and definitely cheaper than places like staples. I was done within 20minutes and they were more than happy to let me sit while I waited for my friend to pick me up. I'd suggest the UPS Store services for sure. Oh and you also get to powder/blot your face before you get photograph clicked! Never had any other photo studio offer that before.
