Friendly-ish service, but give inaccurate time periods for sizing/repairs. Should be more accurate considering the price point and sentimentality of the items they sell. Was hoping to have my engagement ring for a trip my fiancé and I are taking, and according to the gentleman in the store the time they needed to size the ring would be two weeks. I called back today, two weeks later, and they said they’d need another week at least. Super disappointed.

Bought a necklace from Peoples that snapped in less than a month - was not impressed. But I came into the store Arsha was so sweet and kind and helped me out.She said if I left a review they would replace the necklace for me. Despite it falling within the 60 day return policy (hence this review).Ended up getting a warranty (spending an extra $100) and she gave me a new necklace. Would definitely recommend shopping getting warranty on items because of how fragile they are. At least the necklaces.Fingers crossed this one lasts!Was happy with her service not with the product you’d hope for more paying over nearly $700 with insurance.

We usually shop from peoples but my experience at the eaton location was one of a kind and the credit would go to the associate name Aarushi. Extremely friendly human who knew about all their services. I was there to pick a gift and thank god I found the right person. She went above and beyond to help me on deciding the right product. Definitely shopping from this store again just for the service Aarushi provided. This is the level of customer service one would expect. Thanks again

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Bought a necklace for my daughter. She wore it twice and it snapped. I couldn’t go to the store for 3 months as I was busy with moving so I wrote in their website about the issue but I never received a response. then I went and took it to store after 4 months. The store assistants said they can’t do anything as I did not buy a warranty. I asked them what about the quality of product you are selling. Is it the standard of peoples jewellers? They had no answer to that but they did nothing. I never expected such service from people’s.

Excellent service and 100% recommended. The staff is very friendly, they provide a cordial and very accurate advice. Arsha, who attended me throughout my visit, gave me excellent recommendations, the accompaniment was very successful and the follow-up to the purchase and repair process was very personalized and friendly. I’ll definitely be back

This location is great. I've purchased from this spot a couple of times with great satisfaction. I also brought my bracelet in to get the spring tightened, and they did it for free in about 30 seconds. 3 other stores said they weren't able to do anything with it without a substantial fee.Thanks Peoples Jewellers!
