I have been shopping at this location since my daughter was born and she is now 5 years old. The store is always clean, fabulous customer service, and they always have something cute and age appropriate for my daughter wear as she is already a size 7! Keep up the great work ladies, you are making a huge difference in our community!

Awesome customer service!!I had an EXCELLENT experience at the Edmonton Skyview location recently, especially with one of the associates at this location, Nikki. At the beginning of May, I was at the Edmonton Skyview location trying to do a return for a couple new items (brand new with tags). Long story short, I've been trying to deal with this return for over a year!! I even called the head office and they were suppose to send me an envelope so I can send the items back and get my money refund. I waited six months, called the head office 2 times and still no envelope. I went to the store (which is the first time the Skyview location help me with this issue) to see if there is anyone can help me at the store level. While I was about to be turn away by another unsatisfied response from one of the sale associates, Nikki jumped in and offered to help me.Nikki was helping the other customer at that time, she just overheard my conversation, so she wasn't even the one who initially helping me. She offered to call the head office on my behalf, because I didn't get much success with them. She was on the phone for about 25 minutes, and came back with a solution that is different than everybody else, and one that I am happy with. So after over a year trying to deal with this return, is finally done!! I am extremely impress about Nikki! She took initiative to help me, with a genuine manners, I truly know and feel she wanted to help me to find a solution and she did! Thank you!!

i have been shopping at this particular store since their opening. With 8 grandchildren to buy for I couldn't have found a better managed store! Wonderful manager (Maria) and her staff are always very helpful and friendly! The cleanliness and organization of your store is very appealling and the sales enchance the experience!Debbie Qunlan

Terrible staffs. They are not even helping. When i visited only couple of customers was there even it tooks more than 5 minutes to get the sale associate to get on the till.

Customer service average. Usually only one cashier on hand & when busy could use two. Pricing is average unless on sale. Quality & selection is good. Store is clean. Mask policy in place and employees in compliance.

They had nothing in my sons size. Lots of super cute stuff but if you need anything bigger then 9 months I would go somewhere else. I just wanted some short sleeve onsie packs and they had nothing in his size. Very annoyed

Awesome clothes, quality , style. Prices are good specially on sales. I wish they extend their collection to adults as well. My son is 13 but carters size 14 is not for him anymore . Which is sad. Love to shop for my daughter. But She will outgrow soon too.

Really nice baby/kids clothing store. It was super clean and well laid out. They had lots of stock to choose from. My fiancé and I had no problem finding a great gift for a family member of mine. The staff were also very curt and helpful. I will happily return in the future.

My most favorite store ever for kids clothes. The quality is top notch, the clothing is super cute! Sized in my opinion a bit small, so possibly aim bigger if you have taller children. It has worked for all three of my kids this way. The pricing is good, specially when you come across a sale. We've been shopping here for years, and I prefer this store over any other for my kids.

Such a clean store and the staff is really friendly and always ready to help. Someone always greets you as you come in no matter how busy they are they make you feel welcome. Prices are great and theres always a sale (even the clearance wall has really good deals). Clothing quality holds up really well so you do get good bang for your buck.
