Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They had what I primarily came for, and even set one aside for me. When they didn't have a another item, they went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, even at other stores. Highly recommended.

The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because how nice and willing to help the employees are. Willing, but not able as they have no way of searching up parts. They asked that I call the Harrison Twp location for part numbers so they could just grab them off the shelf. Prices are double and triple what Walmart charges.

Needed a new prop..they didnt have what I needed but the girl working that day gave me info to source one 2 miles away and was able to get it immediately..she saved my day.

I recently purchased a special order dock ladder from West Marine. All my questions were answered by staff (Amanda) in advance which was a great help. When it showed up I happened to be on route to drive right by the store, however my arrival would be 20min after close. A trip back another day would of ment another hr drive and border crossing (my problem, I know). When I inquired about a possible outside pickup, Amanda quickly offered to stay over without even fully understanding my predicament. I couldn't believe how wonderful she was. I even offered a cash tip but she declined, as she more concerned about providing exceptional customer service. I will definitely pay it forward and look forward to shopping at West Marine again soon. Thanks again!
