Domino's Pizza
I ordered a chicken alfredo for the first time and when I got home, opened it up, it had a load of pineapple chunks in it and barely any chicken. Couldn't count more than 10 little cubes of chicken. I love pineapple pizza, but pineapple in a creamy pasta is disgusting. I'm not about to drive 20 minutes to return. I just won't be going back and won't be ordering a chicken alfredo ever again from them.

So not satisfied, the pizza has no flavor! Tastes like the cardboard box it comes in. Also had to be put in oven after pickup as it had a soggy bottom even after ordering the (pan pizza style) and inside was wet, not cooked through. Topping of hot peppers is weak with only one ring per slice.This used to be a good pizza place but I'm done giving it another chance.Where's the love you used to have????

They screwed up my order... BUT .. they immediately owned up to it, offered me a solution, give me a free pizza and the customer walked away happy. Staff is always very nice. Only gave four stars because they don't offer a thicker crust option.

I recently placed a delivery order at the Domino's Pizza located at 305 Niagara St in St. Catharines, ON, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience.Firstly, the delivery arrived late, which was inconvenient as it was already nighttime and the store was closing. This resulted in a rushed and poorly prepared pizza.Not only was the pizza poorly made, but it also had a negative impact on the health of my entire family. After consuming the pizza, we all suffered from severe diarrhea that lasted for two days. In fact, the ordeal even led to me developing hemorrhoids, which was incredibly distressing.The specific order I made was a 12 Hand Tossed pizza with hot peppers

Ordered a pizza no cheese, it got delivered with cheese. They refused to refund or credit the pizza. Pretty sure that’s called a scam! We spoke with Asish who might have given us the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Never order from here.

Been going to this location for years and never had any issues.. Pizza is always cooked perfectly with the correct toppings / instructions. Food is always fresh and tastes great. Staff over the years has also always been friendly and helpful.

One of the worst pizza I ever had. Day by day they are breaking there own record in meeting the worst quality. We had it on 15th dec and Pizza was completely burnt. The pizza they severe is not worth the money we pay. Guys do not waste your money.

If I could give 0 star I would - order a pizza with no cheese for a dietary concern, pizza was delivered with cheese. Called for 15 mins arguing and had no resolution “it’s our fault” apparently. Order reflects NO CHEESE. Manager Ashis has no idea how to run this store as the manager, we will never be returning here. Way better options do not waste your money here.
