Shout out to Neelam Dwivedi! She is highly personable and extremely efficient. One can certainly tell she loves her job, a true professional. My husband and I had the trip of a lifetime planned and had to cancel last minute due to an unfortunate illness. Neelam was as efficient walking us through the cancellation process as she was when we were planning the trip. She was there all the way guiding us through the insurance claim we unfortunately had to make. I can’t wait to be able to book our next adventure with Neelam at Marlin Travel.

I contacted Marlin Travel during the week and received a call back right away from Brydon Green as I randomly chose her extension number. She proceeded to tell me that she had a time slot open right away. While I was there she was extremely attentive, patient, kind and enthusiastic. We went over different options for several hours. She was very accommodating while I was writing detailed notes throughout the appointment. She gave amazing advice and answered any question I had, and if I changed my mind, had no problem to help me find what I wanted. She was very relatable and perceptive to the groups needs and wants.
