Forgot the key…so guy inside says he’s off shift soon and can’t help us out. Grrrrrrrrrr

Had been storing equipment for my business for over 7 years with no issues. Roof had a leak, manager called me and made arrangements to move my equipment to another unit until roof was fixed. 6 months passed and roof not fixed yet. new manager put locks on my locker and threatened to sell my equipment because they had no record of me paying for that second storage unit. Called me a liar when I explained the situation. No one had written it down so there was no record of me having that locker. Fought for 10 days trying to get access to my work equipment. I had to go in at night and cut off the lock and get my equipment out before they sold off $50k+ of specialized gear. Then they threatened to take me to court for back rent and cutting the lock off and removing my gear.

The place is damp and reeks of mold, elevator didn't work the day I needed it which made my move a nightmare, the free" moving truck isn't available because it has a broken side mirror which they don't seem to interested in getting it fixed. Oh and they charged me for another months rent even though I filled out all the proper paperwork and moved out in time. DONT RENT HERE"

Karin is amazing! Great rates and customer service is unmatched. I don't think there is a better place to go for a storage unit. Very accommodating. Helpful. I was provided moving boxes and a moving truck free of charge (just refill the gas tank). Again, this place is unmatched by any other company. I highly recommend her services. Call here to make an appointment and I don't think you would coose any other company either :)

I've rented from this facility for soms time now, 1 year and the staff is extremely friendly.The office lady, Karin, she is in the most welcoming when people arrive and her super friendly smile always brightens my day. When any concerns have arose with my account , Karin has always been exceptionally helpful. She does really well as for representing this company.

GREAT EXPERIENCE. Karin is amazing and extremely friendly. I looked into other places and as soon as I spoke to Karin I made my decision. As for the storage units, prices are good, many options to choose from, clean, great security measures, easy to access. All in all the only place I would recommend.

Super fast friendly service. Karin was absolutely wonderful to deal with, awesome personality! Really enjoy having access to the storage locker late in the evening if I need to drop something off or pick it up. Plus having access to the moving truck is definitely a nice little bonus!

Amazing service, big smiles, always willing to help with my storage needs and also Karin has amazing and trustable skills. I'm a returning customer and prices are quite reasonable. Sometimes they are not quite good with numbers but a the end is all good and they clear out my doubts and concerns. Good job!
