No FedEx shipping was possible because no trained staff was on site.

Very bad pick up experience never had before….first time I asked my husband to pick up a package with all ID documents needed, they insisted it has to be myself to pickup. I later contacted FedEx, they said my package was no signature required, as long as we have all required Id, they should release it to my husband; so I went there myself today, which is the fifth day also the last day the package is supposed to be hold at that pick up center, they said my package wasn’t there and usually they keep a package for four days because they have a small storage cabinet while when they were looking for my package, I saw the cabinet was 4/5 empty….they just don’t follow the FedEx rules and make all pickup thing much more complicated…FedEx really should change their pickup Center at this area

the cutoff time is not 6pm. The driver may pass by earlier and you are late for the next day delivery. not convenient at all

The computer was out so had to leave it .Didn't like the idea of leaving it at the desk without any receipts but everything went ok

Was home all day waiting for a delivery (and my brother too). Suddenly I receive an email saying delivery failed. Went downstairs and saw the door tag. Driver never bothered to knock or ring. Now they want me to go in another city trying to get my parcel.I understand it's faster for the driver to put the door tag and flee, but why you think we pay for shipping? For having things shipped and delivered, not go pick them up.A joke of a shipping company, even Intelcom does better.

This is just a mailbox inside the Super C.. don't expect a FedEx store or anything like that...
