He kept me updated throughout the process with the best mortgage rate than any other banks in the market. He answered all my queries very clearly and instantly, suggested the right things to make it all cheaper for me and guided me in the right direction which made the process much easier. Zack was able to find us a rate that the big banks couldn't compete with and was always very responsive to our inquiries, often replying to emails within the hour. We had a tight closing period (less than 30) but Zack was able to secure financing in a matter of days, which was a great relief. Zack has now helped us out on two property purchases. Both were seamless and easy. Zack's ability to shop the loan around between multiple lenders meant we got a loan that fit our needs, while still getting a very low rate. I would happily recommend Zack to my friends and family.

As a first time home buyer I was cautious, but knew that I could always count on my broker Kelly Boyles.She remembered me from the very first offer when I finally got my home a year later. My mortgage process with True North Mortgage and Zack Muir was fantastic from start to finish. With only a few days before the financing deadline, Zack was able to obtain an approval and letter of financing and managed to coordinate with the lender to close the transaction on time. I've been seriously trying to get a mortgage since February. We are almost April. My emails are ignored and reapply seemed to do nothing. I regret wasting time with this company and would not recommend it.
