Nice Inn Edmonton

The place is Infested with bed bugs do not go here the staff do nothing when confronted.

I reserved for two nights. But once I found the motel very terrible, I left in the morning. The rooms, equipment hallway, and everything is old and dirty. The TV not working. Lights dead. The I found all the sheets very dirty and unwashed. Nothing that was working! I asked the on-duty person to change the pillowcases. He took with the pillow to change the pillowcases, but he brought unchanged. He cheated me. I don't why this kind of motel exists in a capital city of Edmonton!

If I could give it no stars I would have. Do not stay here. The staff seem very nice and work hard. However, this place is a half way house. They have residents there who seem to have lots of socio-economic issues. The rooms were filthy. There was blood on the walls, broken furniture and the bath with black with grime. $80 a night was a complete rip off for this kind of establishment. Never have I turned up somewhere and worried about my safety in this way. Spend an extra 20 bucks and stay ANYWHERE ELSE!

Never a dull moment. My dog n I appreciate the unpredictable entertainment.

Currently every room is infested with roaches, they refuse to let anyone know or do anything about it. I was staying for 4 months being charged $1550 a month for a small room with broken plumbing, a death within the room beside me that they let go untouched for 3 days before cleaning and dealing with the blood in the room. All while others have larger rooms some with kitchen and are receiving better or the same rates as myself in the small room with the issues I had for 4 months on and on. The night staff will not deal with any of your complaints properly as this hotel gets quite the different types of people, mostly lower class coming in off the streets bringing in their bugs. Dogs run around the balcony and mark it up with their urine and that’s left for each and every guest to walk by Overall this motel is not worth your stay!! You can find much better for the same rate!!

The owner or manager girl was working multiple jobs taking up slack from sick worker in house keeping while also running the hotel office. She was so fun and easy going. Pleasant to be around. If it wasn't for her I would have giving this placea lot less stars. Ya the place is a bit dated. But when you pull into the parking lot. It feels almost mountain like. Its a motel and with a low price. And super staff.

Previously known as the knights Inn.. yes you know the one.. I need to say little else. It's name spoke volumes whenever brought up it would inspire stories of depravity and drugs of all sorts.. again sorry to the owner. New management or not it's become a part of the city which is of its own class. I'm a fan.. lol

I found blood stains in the sheets and hair. I asked to change the pillow cases because they were dirty. He took the dirty and he brought the dirty ones. I was cheated. No light and TV not working!!!

Ive never had anything bad to say about this place, they finally keep up with keeping the riff Raff away from the entire building. It was always clean, as it was, the staff was always good to me here
