My wife and I just finished a major home renovation which included the removal of walls and turning two rooms into a single larger rectangular space. We knew that we wanted a space that felt as if it were one room but with two seperate seating areas . We had completely divergent ideas on how to achieve this.We contacted Chervin Furniture and design consultant Karen Forsyth came out to our home. Karen asked about our vision for the room, our style likes and dislikes, took measurements and created six different floorplan options for us. We met in-store with Karen to review the floorplans and 1 plan stood out for both my wife and myself. After choosing the floorplan design, we, along with Karen chose our desired furniture configurations, fabrics and styles.I highly recommend both Karen as a consultant and Chervin Furniture as a vendor. I cannot stress enough how smoothly this process went. Karen took us from concept vision through design and completion. Excellent in every regard.Frank Sellner

From our first visit we were impressed with the quality and friendly service. Jody was great to deal with and very patient as we took the time to make sure colours and fabric were right for us. The delivery was as promised and we got a message when they were on their way. The delivery men greeted us at the door with a bottle of maple syrup which was a nice added touch. The men were fast, friendly and knowledgeable which is so refreshing now a day. We will be back for any future needs and will be sure to refer to family and friends.

Had a great experience buying two accent chairs at Chervin Furniture. The prices are reasonable, especially considering that most of their products are Canadian/locally-made. The chairs arrived in less than 6 weeks and were able to deliver the same day they were finished being built. They gave updates throughout the day with their schedule with a link showing their real time ETA. Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and accommodating. Thanks so much!

From the time we walked into the store until the time we left Jody was amazing. He took the time to show us items that they have online and walked us through the process. Never did he make us feel rushed and answered all our questions. It's so wonderful to have such amazing customer service. The 2 men who delivered our purchase were also amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to have a bottle of Maple syrup wrapped so nicely handed to me. They came into my home and were both so kind . They placed it where we wanted it and then made sure that it was steady on the floor with no wobbling . The whole experience from start to finish was more of a 10 star than 5! Thanks again Jody for all your wonderful help.

Excellent service and pricing.I requested a short notice Saturday delivery, (knowing it was a tall ask) and Chervin pulled it off with style. They didnt need to do thr but they did it for me anyway.The world would be a better place if more people did business like these guys.

Great service from beginning to end. Delivery team was great. Small problem with the mattress on the sofa bed but in no time I was advised the mattress would be replaced. I would recommend this place to everyone.
