Great staff and services. Their laser was very effective for me, I used to have to shave certain areas almost daily, now almost everything has been zapped out and seems to stay zapped out! Their GentleMax machine works wonders, even on redheads! -Elizabeth R.

FANTASTIC! From the moment you get there...it's CLEAN, staff is always POLITE & COURTEOUS and the quality of SERVICE is CONSISTENT with GREAT RESULTS! As they say, you pay for what you get and personally I find their prices reasonable especially for the quality of machines they have. Do not waste your time going anywhere else! Thank you Gabrielle for making me feel comfortable and explaining along the way.Looking forward to my next session!

Cons:- The level of service is uneven, dependent on which staff member you get that day and how busy the place is.- One technician there in particular, who has done most of my laser treatments, has shown herself extremely professional at times and extremely rude, others.- Not all staff members are knowledgeable about the products sold there.- I spent a lot of money there to complete the laser treatments in the same place but wouldn't go back.Pros:- The results of the laser treatments are good.- The clinic in Westmount Square is professional, clean, well-maintained.- Interesting array of cosmetics sold there like Dermalogica, ISclinical.- Some good staff members there to balance the others.All in all, if you can get a good deal from them and don't mind some roughness around the edges at times, you may want to consider them. Frequent sales on products and procedures. Good points but no more than 2 stars in my book.

The receptionist is a peach! Tali is amazing!I was a client over 8 years ago and when I needed more treatments I came straight to them! Once you found a place that knows how to take care of you and are committed to making you feel good and understood, you don't need to go any where else!Super professional, beautiful space and great at keeping track of your progress and follow ups!

I really love Elite Laser. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I do my treatments with Tina, she's super nice and very professional. I am very satisfied with the results. Their prices are great and they always have promotions . Highly recommended.

WOW NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! My results are incredible with the laser hair removal and I have recently subscribed to the monthly vip facial membership, love it! so worth it!!. Staff are extremely experienced, and the place is clean, and the overall vibe of the experience is amazing! It is a very medical clinic, which made me feel very comfortable in knowing everyone knew what they were doing! The lasers do not hurt one bit!

I've been going to Elite Laser for several years now for laser hair removal, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The whole team is very friendly and makes sure that I'm always comfotable before, during and after treatments. The facilities are clean and bright, and the equipment is cleaned between each use. The Light Sheer Duet really works, and the prices are great!

I love this place! I got amazing results after just a few treatments. The NEW lasers they have doesn't hurt at all! I also got their new oxygen facial and i loved it! so relaxing and my face was glowing after!! Can't wait to go back for my next appointment

Great staff and service. Prices are very competitive. I have done leg/underarm hair removal, and after three sessions, I've seen great results. I've also been for microdermabrasions and other facial treatments. Results were as expected. Top notch equipment, great doctor grade products, staff is always ready to help and actually follow up on procedures. I'm a happy customer, and will definitely return for more treatments.
