A great place if you prefer vegetarian or vegan food, love their bowls and they have mini and regular options, which is the best thing for someone like me who prefer eating smaller meals.It is also across the street from my office building which makes it even more convenient.

There are so many options for food. From healthy breakfast to burgers and power bowls. Even organic coffee. This place should be packed with people every day, but people in edmonton are a little bit slow to move on from fast food.

My boyfriend and I are both vegetarian and decided to try the Copper Branch while out for the day. I ordered the Copper Burger Deluxe, and my boyfriend ordered the Unity Falafel Wrap, both with fries.The burger was mild and savory, I feel it could have used a better sauce distribution but other than that it was great. I'm very interested to try the black bean burger next time I'm in the area.Personally I was not a fan of the wrap as the falafel seems to have star anise, and I just do not like that spice. That's just my personal taste though, my boyfriend enjoyed it, and had no complaints. The fries were delicious and decently portioned. We ended up needing a box for the leftovers.Mainly though I'd like to give a huge shout out to the employee (whose name I unfortunately did not get) who came all the way out of the restaurant and across the street to return to me my sketchbook that I had mistakenly left on the bench. That was way above and beyond and I am very grateful.In short, great food, awesome staff, will certainly be revisiting.

The food is fantastic. I am vegan but was unsure if they were completely plant based. The answers was yes! The only negative part was that when I asked if the food was vegan the staff made me feel dumb for asking. Other than that the experience was good. The food was so good.

I was so excited to go to the vegan restaurant, and I was not surprised by the fact that they were according to my expectations. I ordered an Asian fusion bowl, Einstein smoothie, and zucchini brownie. And it tastes heavenly!!! And the best thing about food is it is all VEGAN.Amazing food!! The staff is so welcoming and friendly!! Great lighting and ambiance!I could not resist going again in the future.

We walked in for a late lunch at the Jasper Avenue location and the place was empty. The place has a cool vibe with copper pipe lighting and design. The staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Nathalie!I loved that it’s plant-based and I don’t have to worry about what I can or cannot have. We were spoiled for choice with a large menu.I had the Aristotle Bowl. It comes in 2 sizes: Regular and Mini. I ordered a regular bowl and although it was delicious, I had to take the remainder to go.My husband enjoyed it so much that he returned for brunch the next day. I wish I had done the same. Will definitely return next time we’re in town.

I finally visited here on my last day in town after my classmates raved about it all week as we are attending courses across the street. I was hesitant because I don’t typically choose vegan restaurants, but wow was I shocked at how good this place was. Not even just good “for vegan food”, but just really good for ANY type of food.I got the mushroom burger which was a giant marinated and grilled portabello mushroom - I cannot explain how delicious this burger was, it was absolutely unreal. I also ordered the side of sweet potato cubes which came in a huge portion and were SO flavourful which surprised me. I was so full I had to take most of the potatoes home and ate them cold later on - still delicious! Will absolutely be back!!

Food is fairly good, We ordered the Asian bowl I feel could've used a different sauce so that it complements the flavor profile together with the Tofu, Sprouts, and vegetables with it.The Shiitake burger is pretty good and a good burger for its price!The shake itself could be better, but was hard to drink as some of the blueberries weren't grinded up properly and mixed.Prices are standard with inflation nowadays its hard to find a place that rivals cheap and good food, but I feel if their prices were a little lower it would be busier than when we went.Overall this place isn't too bad, just first impressions it's a good place to try out!

Had a great Rueben sandwich at Copper Branch. The bread, saurerkraut, cheese and meat" were all so well done and put together. The service at this location is very friendly and I find the restaurant very clean. I enjoy my meals here."
