Based on my 9 years with well point the staff, nurses and doctors conduct themselves with care, empathy and the highest medical professionalism. The doctors diagnoses and advice is spot on. They care and follow up with patient. This is the opinion of an old disabled Senior!!!

Came here twice for a work related injury. First time was walk in had to wait 2 hours to see a doctor when there was no one ahead of me. Second time i had an appointment but still waiting almost two hours to get seen for a follow up appointment. Bring some food and water if ur planning on coming.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!Took a couple hours off work for an appointment here, a basic occupational physical. I arrived early to an empty clinic, not busy no other patients to speak of. I was left waiting for hours before being seen, and when I questioned the desk staff about the ridiculous delay they became rude and condescending.Some of the nurses were pleasant enough, they administered the most basic of hearing and vision tests. It took nearly 5 hours before I was shown to the doctor's examination room, where I sat for another hour being ignored.I expressed my displeasure to the doctor" over the outrageous waiting and the outright disgusting attitude the desk clerks had taken towards me. He too became rude and condescending towards me

Got a big cut at work. Got my stitches quick and easy 45 minutes. Staff was nice, doctor was professional. No complaints.

I have been coming here for the last 3 years and never had an issue as long as you call ahead to make an appointment. Dr Renchko is probably the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He always takes his time and makes sure to address any issue or concern that I have.

This is the worst place tobe you health issue. The worst service I have ever seen…Do not go this place. If you do I guarantee you will regret.

Was offered an appointment and ended up waiting for an hour and just needed a prescription refill.Also their walls are not soundproof at all so your privacy is not protected.

Unfortunately my three visits to this clinic were decreasingly good. My first appointment, a walk-in to have my shoulder looked at went well. I was in relatively quick, the service was fine.My second appointment, scheduled, had my sitting in the waiting room for 40 minutes and the exam room for another 20 minutes.My third and thankfully last visit was today. I arrived for my appointment at 12:40pm, sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes with not a word from reception about the delay. I was then placed in the exam room, where I waited another 35 minutes before I went back out and let them know I had other appointments today. I had to cancel a physio appointment for 2:30pm.An hour and a half to be seen for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable, especially with no explanation from anyone.

Every time I have to come here for an appointment (sadly a lot since its wcb related) I don't even get into a room until 10-20 minutes after the appointment is set for. Don't plan anything after these appointments cause there's no way you're making it on time.

I guess we should have read the reviews before going to this joke of a clinic. We checked the hours online the night before (says they were updated 8 days ago) says they open at 8am. Got there shortly after 8 and watched a worker go in so he went to go in and the door is locked. He tried to call and got put through to a call center, who also told him that they should be open. There was a sign on the door saying that on May 27th they wouldn't be open until 8:30 but only on that specific day. When he finally got in the receptionist was extremely rude and argued with him about the hours. He also noticed that she was extremely rude to the next patient that came in. The doctor was half an hour late and was absolutley no help and basically sent him away with no answers or possibly solutions. This place is an absolutle joke and should and if I could have given zero stars I would have.
