My daughter’s MacBook Pro stopped charging and died the night before she was leaving to head back to university. Peter not only was very was quick to respond to my text, he took less than an hour to fix it! I highly recommend Peter, he literally saved the day!

I contacted Peter on Thursday morning about my Macbook Pro not turning on and requiring a possible logic board repair and data recovery. I dropped off my laptop that evening and picked it up at 2pm the following day. He successfully recovered and transferred over all of my data to my new laptop. Peter was not able to repair my mac book pro 2021 due to water damage. He was straightforward and suggested to see the Apple Service Center. It took him less than one hour to check my computer. He didn’t charge a dime. The same day I brought a mac book pro 2016 that needed a screen change. Peter changed the screen, and it was ready to be picked up in one hour. Rate? Very Reasonable ! I will consult Peter in the future again when one of my mac’s has a problem.

I had spilled some tea on a macbook air and despite my attempts to dry and clean, I was still having some issues with my computer. I contacted Peter and requested a quote. He replied quickly and already had an idea of what the issue was. I brought my mac to him later that day, and he had it fixed within 24 hours for a low and very reasonable price. In contrast, I had contacted a second company for a quote who quote me at least DOUBLE the price and said it would take 5-7 business days to get it back. I highly recommend Redfox repairs! All of a sudden the screen on my Macbook went black when it was opened past the vertical point. I was told by some places that I would need to replace the whole screen at a cost of $1800+. Upon calling Peter, he was quick to tell me exactly what the issue was - a wire that needed replacing.
