Wonderful new addition to Billy Bishop for Air Canada patrons to stretch out and refresh/ catch up on some pre departure action.There is an open bar with a hot/ cold food buffet spread to refuelAs a courtesy, there is also a grab and go option for the busy bodies.The staff are very courteous and welcoming. Definitely will visit on subsequent visits**there are no washroom facilities inside the lounge**

Pretty terrible service while trying to access the lounge. The front desk was couldn’t figure out whether my Amex Aeroplan reserve card allowed me access to the lounge. Kept flipping through laminated print out to figure out until they just gave up and said either I could be added as a guest on my partner’s card or they could spend more time looking ( we had to fly in 20 mins).

Wonderful addition to YTZ, can access based on AC status, Priority Pass/other lounge memberships, or paid access. Good selection of hot and cold food, grab & go selection and drinks. Wasn't crowded during my visit, and the staff were very attentive. There are wireless chargers at almost every seat, and the washrooms are located outside the lounge.

Aspire Lounge Air Canada Cafe
This is one of the very best lounges I've visited. The food selection was great, with a nice mix of snacks and hot and cold options. The bagels were excellent.The wifi is excellent, lots of charging ports, comfy seats and a great bar. It seemed to be well staffed and they were very friendly with great service.

The ambiance is great, the lounge is much quieter compared to the general Billy Bishop departures area. Service and food selection is great and comparable to, if not better than, the food options in the departures area. Highly recommend if you have access. You can even pay per visit if you don't have access! $55/visit as of 2023-06.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, food is great, plenty of plugs. There is a grab and go section and some innovative coffee machines. Plenty of complementary options at the bar, as well as reasonably priced premium drinks. Local beer on tap.Open to Priority Pass members.Only negative would be no washrooms, but the airport bathrooms are just around the corner and usually very clean.

This is the best domestic Air Canada lounge I've ever saw. Honnestly: not understaffed like every other MLL, really good catering, really nice ambiance and a real bartander. I would love to see more MLL taking example of this AC Café!
