Bought tennis clothes for my girlfriend over holidays, arrived quick, minimal packaging (which I really love!) and all in order. Had to go in-store to return, was efficient, very friendly, and was good experience. I had online stuff, in store stuff plus a digital gift certificate and all worked at checkout. Great experience and selection for anything tennis.

The website was great and easy to use but sadly the guys at Tenniszon sent me the wrong shoes. My daughter was playing in a tournament and really needed her shoes so this was very inconvenient. I purchased the correct shoes from another website and returned these shoes for a full refund. The customer service following the error was excellent. Hopefully next time we have a smooth transcation

I had earlier written a very bad review about a really awful online ordering experience here. Since then, I have been to the in-person store around a dozen times and these guys are real pros. Amazingly nice and helpful. So my review is five-stars and everyone can have a bad day.

Tenniszon is my go-to store for all my tennis/pickleball equipments and accessories. The customer service is top-notch. Send them an email for any enquiries and you get super rapid response usually in less than 10 minutes! Where else do you get that level of service?What perhaps impresses me the most is that they permit you NO HASSLES returning products that don’t fit or not up to your satisfaction long as they haven’t been worn. Oh, another benefit (pssst, don’t tell everyone) purchasing from Tenniszon is that they only charge 5% in tax which is another added saving.

My online purchases from Tenniszon have always been shipped very quickly. And when I recently had a problem with a defective pair of shoes, the web-services manager replied to my email almost instantly and walked me through the refund process. This is customer service at its best. Merci!

When an item goes out of stock they have been very accommodating and suggested alternate items or an immediate refund.I live in Toronto and the few times I've purchased a racquet, it has arrived in under 48 hours. Living in Newfoundland and playing tennis means you have to order online, you have no choice. Online however, you have lots to choose from. I've tried quite a few over the years but these guys will get 100% of the purchases made by my family. The Service you receive is impeccable. I usually have my racquets restrung at a big department sports store for many years, however, recently, that store made a lot of amateur mistakes like missing a cross string and very recently, they managed to damage a grommet on a brand new racquet! Then Tenniszon saved my tennis life! They quickly ordered the full grommets set and as soon as they received it, installed them and restrung them with a string they suggested that I have never used before but I’m happy to report I’m very pleased with it! They have real expert stringers that take care of the racquets they string with high quality workmanship (excellent knots, no paint chips, no broken grommets, tension feels exactly like the requested tension). Also, you can’t go wrong with their string recommendations because they are real experts! From now on, Tenniszon will be my only destination for my restringing and other tennis needs!
