I decided to try the 30 day trial and I am very happy that I did. I had never realized that I was missing out on so much of what people were saying when I was part of a group in a room. Now I feel much more comfortable in crowds or around my grandchildren. These hearing aids have made my life better and I am truly thankful to the staff at HearingLife on Burnhamthorpe Road West for giving me the trial before I purchased these hearing aids.

The staff there were very unprofessional I didn’t feel welcome Even thought we came at exactly samedays as the appointment , very unprofessional recipient I don’t know how they work there honestly this much change

I wonder if I am assessed properly in regard to my degree of hearing loss, and for the advice for hearing aid usage. Since I had bought the instrumentI am using with discomfort, and sometimes not use it at all. Looks like it isgoing to be in a show case. I am not happy for having paid the amount for the instrument. Adjustments have been done, but not to my comfort.I depended on CARP's recommendation of LISTEN UP Canada.I could have gone elsewhere for it.Thanks.Mosur.K.
