Dropped off an air conditioner may 1st, 2017 , left him about 15 messages over next 2 months and driving an hr in there 3 times trying to find out the progress of the air conditioner..... never no response...Finally he answered his phone and informed me that it was fixed. I drove an hr to pick it up and payed him for fixing it. He informed me that he replaced the fan.I brought it home , placed it in my window and plugged it in.... same problem... did not work.Tried calling him, left message after message , no call back.. I brought the air conditioner back into him,He wasn't home , so I left it there and left him messages about it along with my number once again.3 weeks later , still nothing from Central Appliance Repair, drove in again to GFW, he hadn't even plugged it in.He then proceeds to tell me that all he did to it was squirt oil down in it.... never replaced fan and denied that he ever told me that he did ...Refused to give me back my money .I have since spoke to a friend of his and was told that he is known for this kind of service... And that he never did place a finger on my air conditioner.Con . .... He has the contract with Sears for their warranty work on Kenmore appliances.

I ordered a part for our Samsung range. They took my order, charged my credit card and sent an email saying they would let me know when the part would ship. After 3 weeks, nothing. So, I emailed them and they said they were waiting for the part from Samsung! OK, waited another 3 weeks, a month and 2 weeks and I emailed them again. No response. So I emailed them and cancelled the order. No response. I called the bank to dispute the credit charge and they are trying to contact CAP. Good luck! These guys must be smoking dope! KEEP AWAY!
