We have been renting with Pacific Edge since 2017. We did an internal move in 2018 to a nother unit in the same complex, was easy and no hassles. Now we are moving to another building in the city that is a little bigger and brighter. Jewel, bless her heart has made the transfer to our new unit a pleasure.

We've only been tenants at our place for a little over six months, and we recently had an issue come up with our in-suite washing machine over the holidays. I reached out to the property managers a few days before Christmas to seek help regarding the matter, and they were lightning fast in responding. They even managed to get a repairman out to our place just two days before Christmas and our machine is working just as well as it did before. Truly a breath of fresh air, as we have dealt with some not-so-great property managers and landlords in the past. We're well taken care of here!

Apartment was spotless and brand new. Apartment manager very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to have the extra storage locker as well. Overall, clean and quiet environment and lovely helpful staff.

Absolutely wonderful management to rent from. They go above and beyond to tend to your needs and are prompt to fix any problems (if there are any at all). We’ve been with them going on 5 years and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Best rental business in Nanaimo.(Jewel is absolutely amazing at pacific edge properties!!)

Absolutely 10/10 recommend renting from pacific edge! Particularly if you get to interact with Heather and Jewel.Heather is my building manager and she’s amazing. Not only is she super attentive, but she is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you have your questions answered and your housing needs met! Pacific edge was able to get me into my place a few days early and had the whole place ready for me! Moving is so stressful but it really helped having these two at pacific edge on my side! Thank you!!!
