I sent documents very close to closing time, assuming I could t get them until the next business day. The owner called me and stayed open so I could come get them after closing! Could not ask for better service :)

Very organized yarn selection! There’s a wide variety of colours and fibres at affordable prices! Just to know that this is located in a store and is more like a section of the store instead of a different building. The staff is also very kind :)

You have assisted us over the years with many documents and always provided such INCREDIBLE professional, confidential and fast assistance. Your store is lovely and a great place to get a last minute gift or needed supplies for school, home office etc. Your business is what makes a community and I certainly hope our community continues to go to you first before jumping on Amazon or heading to a Barrhaven big box when we have such a resource as you in our home community.
