We had a very pleasant experience with Refined Restoration Group Ltd. Paola and her team did an excellent job fixing the floor in our unit in a timely manner. The communications between Paola and us were straight to the point and efficient. She answered all of our questions clearly and in time. Paola understands our needs, very friendly and easy to work with. We are all very stratified at the final work done.We would like to thank Paola and her team once more for the service they provided and the job well done!!

A leak was discovered from my fridge into the basement and I had to go through insurance to get things started. They called in a company to bring in fans and dry up the water in the basement that we beleive had been slowly leaking down for at least a week. I received my options for fixing things and they referred Refined Restoration.The guys were great. Friendly, prompt and they cleaned up nicely once they were finished. They seem to use different vendors for carpets and cleaning and they were ok but I'm glad I got to meet Cory and the crew! I would definitely recommend Refined Restoration for the work. Since I went through the insurance company I can't speak to price.

When our home suffered water damage, we decided to go with Peel Restoration as recommended by our insurance company. It was the best decision! John and his team were amazing at executing what we wanted to get done and were very knowledgeable and friendly while doing it. After suffering through a house fire in 2021 refined restoration group took on the project to rebuild our home. We had some mold discovered in my basement, went through insurance and were referred to Refined Restoration Group Ltd. We decided while the flooring was up we would finish the remaining half of our basement with the same company. The initial visits were quick and the gentlemen helped us decide on some of the layout as it is a bit of an awkward space. Once the work started, the crew were absolutely great to work with. Knowledgeable regarding building codes and happy to offer suggestions to get us what we wanted in a way that was safe and offered the most for the space we have. They were tidy, friendly and even took the time to say hello/chat with our curious kids. We were provided a full scope and estimate of the work prior to commencing. We did go into the project anticipating additional costs for unforeseen issues, but they really worked to help keep us on budget (while there were some additional costs it was very minimal). We did have one small issue with the amount of power to have proper TV/lighting function in one space after the work was complete and final payment made - the Project Manager made sure to have someone out immediately to review and correct the issue.We will definitely be asking them to come back and take a look at our kitchen next and would recommend to anyone looking for an honest reliable company for restoration projects.

Insurance company contractor . Be ware and do t use them unless you want to end up with a falling apart half finished house .They also damaged all out furniture and our personal belongings during emergency clean up .Use your own contractor despite what the insurance company says
