I met Jeffrey in the nick of time. I’m a newcomer to Canada and though I had finalized a lease prior to my arrival in Canada, an undisclosed “condition” of the agreement made the lease untenable. Thus within the same month that I occupied the premises I had to vacate the premises. I had two left in December when I met Jeffrey- I had to vacate the premises by 31 December. Those who know the Toronto rental market knows you need a miracle. I explained to Jeffrey what my needs were and he sprung into action. He was responsive, straightforward and detail.
