Krazy Binz - Barrie

Been there multiple times have even recommended friends to go there , but the recent visit was very unpleasant and unprofessional due to management(owner).First literally while walking towards a bin to look at what’s in there get told to put things back in the bin that they get picked up from while I wasn’t even the one that had the item in my hand and went to look at it he picks the things up and moves them in the other bin while telling me that they have to keep re organizing which is totally understandable was fine with that. Second time looking at an item that was interested to buy which was already an open box and I was looking at it to make sure all the contents are there and reading the manual to make sure it could fit my current fixtures , this guy comes up to me and literally says that it’s been 5 minutes are you going to buy it or not while I am reading the instructions to make sure it would work for me while I told him it hasn’t been 5 minutes plus I am checking to make sure everything’s there his response is everything’s there rudely. Did not see him going to other people and saying any of this stuff while people are looking at items to buy was definitely being profiled from the beginning, zero customer skills you are selling products and don’t want people to look at the items they are buying plus their policies are check the electronic items as there is no exchange or replacement if you buy the product without checking so while you do that management(owner) has a problem with you doing so . There was no apology or anything from the person that behaved this way. Still bought the stuff that we had picked up to buy before this encounter but this experience will definitely make me think twice before giving them any business .

I went with my daughter on a whim and did not know what to expect. Definitely a neat concept but the best part was the customer service. The manager and staff were wonderful and helped us resolve a minor concern with such kindness. That alone was worth the visit! We will be back again! Thank you again ❤️

This place is unique. Go if you like rummage sales and crowds. Deals can be spectacular if you know what you're looking for. No returns, so inspect stuff before you buy.

It was okay. Great deals on things if you have the patience to look through a lot of stuff to find them. The Checkout and Electronics area was poorly organized, causing some to miss out on items they wanted to purchase. However, when a guy saw me struggling with my stuff in my arms, he offered a bag to me. Making things a lot easier for me and giving me more room to buy more.

Pure chaos ! You can definitely tell people who are there enjoy this kind of experience. Not for the faint of heart for sure . There are definitely some amazing deals but pay attention to whether the stuff is complete and if calendars etc have the right dates .

Never been to a Krazy Binz before and I am a bit disappointed. It was really messy and stock just seemed very subpar. It’s really easy to get overwhelmed here. A friend of mine did find a cute Hello Kitty airpod case though which honestly was very nice, but unfortunately I didn’t find much luck. Maybe stock would be better on the refill days.

Definition of buyer beware turned into a store concept. Im into it. Haters gon hate. I got a 100 pack of Sonic the hedgehog stickers for 10 bucks! Complete with pregnant Sonic ones and Sonic/Shadow embracing! Too funny

Nice concept of selling products from $25 to $1 for same things but on different days

This concept is awesome. It starts at 25 dollars and throughout the week moves down to 1. I have gotten many brand new items worth more than the price point. It's a good idea. It's like a warehouse It's bare but with the bins. There are a few water leaks from the ceiling (last time I was there) Not super organized but you don't expect that when going in. Great fun place.

This is like an experience. It actually is so much fun that its scary. Something for everyone. Been quite a few times and i feel the Sundays ($10) and Tuesdays ($5) are the best value in terms of money and being worth your time
