Had a recruiter (Willow) from ISG contact me for a role. We set up a time to chat and they never bothered to make the meeting. Their claim was they entered it in their calendar wrong. No problem, we rescheduled and again they failed to join the meeting. The fact that they didn't have the decency to respect my time or offer any explanation the second time speaks volumes on what most people think about recruiters in general.

Was ghosted by a recruiter named Simon after a 1 hour interview with their client.There was no response to my message asking for an update even though it has been two weeks. Even if rejected, it is common courtesy to inform the person of it. Will not interview through them again or recommend them to anyone.The clients were nice though.

Contacted by Meagan. After an overtly long interview, she said that she would send me the job description. She never did. I sent her my resume and she never responded. I didn't know she was just a recruiter. She spoke as if she was a member of the hiring organization. She said that the follow up interview would include her and the hiring manager. Regardless, it appears that she lied. Will no longer accept communication from recruiters belonging to isgsearch.
