Canada Post Richmond Delivery Centre

Ordered something online and supposed to be shipped 2 weeks ago from this centre. The update of the tracking number said due to transportation delay, initially, it was understandable. But it’s more than 2 weeks now, the parcel was still not shipped yet?? Really upset, such negative experience just reminded me of Purolator, absurd.

People be aware. When using Xpresspost, Priority Post to get your parcels to a destination on time it is not guaranteed with a refund if you are a residential customer. My husband sent a parcel Xpresspost on Friday, July 16, 2021 which was supposed to be delivered within 2 business days. Turns out Richmond errored and sent it to Cranbrook instead of Chase, if it doesnt turn up by August 4th they will send us the next step to get a refund on the contents of the package. No refund for postage. Better to send snail mail or find someone else to deliver that guarantees a refund if not delivered on time. Shame on you Canada Post. Why sell Xpresspost or any guaranteed postage to residents if you cant guarantee a refund. Waste of money.Now from Cranbrook they have sent it back to Richmond, where they've hopefully rerouted to Chase. Says package should arrive July 28th. Wow. If we would have mailed it with a stamp, the package would have been received by now. 12 days to deliver using Xpresspost. What a joke.

Call customer Service... They give a number to call. Then I get anothee number, then yet another number... And then the number back to Customer Service... Who cant explain a 15 day hold on a small package.Our postal service is ridiculous.Next time.. UPS!

These monkeys shipped my xpresspost 2-day delivery shipment back to Ottawa. Tracking showing its way from Ottawa to Montreal, from Montreal to Richmond, from Richmond to Ottawa. Tracking also says they will deliver on Mar 23. Shipped Mar 11, all addresses right, with cell numbers. And try to contact someone, its another joke. I have 2 recent experiences with Canada post, both complete fiasco

Was sent a parcel from Toronto with expedite shipping, it should have arrived by Christmas according to when it was sent. My parcel has been stuck in richmond for a week. And they said that they will take another week to deliver (January 5th) due to unexpected road circumstances haha. I drive there all the time without a problem, absolutely ridiculous with their lie. Do they even work in this centre? Well done, Canada post at Richmond, my first negative review goes to you.

Terrible service. I didn't receive my parcel but the tracking information showed that it was delivered. After investigation, I was told that they put the key into other's mailbox not mine. Are you guys working with eyes closed? Canada lost.

Lost my parcel in Richmond worth a lot of money. Stayed at that facility for over 3 weeks. This place has a history of loosing parcels and theft. I am extremely upset and no one has helped. so very disappointed in Canada post. Never again.

I received a notification that my package was going to be returned to the sender and after speaking to the sender my only option was to track down my order and hopefully pick it up in store before it's shipped back. I called this location 15 minutes before they closed and asked if they had my package. The supervisor, Shawn or Sean took down my information and sorted through, what I can only assume to be a huge amount of boxes to find mine. He did end up finding it and I couldn't be happier. AMAZING customer service! Well done Canada Post Richmond

Did 2 shipment and both arrived quite late, one of them took over 20 days coming from Montreal. It seem as soon as it get to Richmond everything goes down the drain from there. Some of my parcel got stuck there for over 10 days with no movement whatsoever. 200 Millions for not being good at what they do great jobs boys!!!!

No wonder the service is so poor. They are only open for 4hrs a day. So many of my packages have been sent back for no reason at all.
