Wildfire Steakhouse Cosmopolitan Hotel
My boyfriend and I came for the summerlicious lunch menu. Gigi was our server and she was so kind, calm, and pleasing to talk with. We had the Grilled Caesar Salad and Calamari as our apps, and then I had the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich as my main and he had the Three Cheese Bacon Burger. The apps were great! Never had a grilled Caesar salad before but I loved the char taste on the lettuce. The calamari was also good. Nothing unique though. As for the mains, the chicken sandwich was just okay. My boyfriends burger was definitely a better option! It was quite flavourful.

Wildfire Steakhouse Cosmopolitan Hotel
Wildfire Steakhouse is like a perfect little jewel. This was our second visit and the food and service were as wonderful as the first time. Our waitstaff Bethany R was a lot of fun and went out of her way to make sure we had great service. We’d like to thank the chef as well for the customized sharing platter. The 20oz steak was delicious!

We like this restaurant not only for the waiter's kindbess but also for the delicious dishes we have. Ww'd like to thank Shawn who has received us warmly and he introuced us the differences between Salad & salad Cesar, and also he has paid great attention to us for everything.

Wildfire Steakhouse Cosmopolitan Hotel
So I can see that someone else dined on the same night. I was part of the large group that was here last Saturday. We did book it ages in advance so the restaurant knew they would be accommodating around 30 of us, and the menu was fixed so they had a reasonable understanding of what would be ordered.We were there from around 7:30PM to 11:00PM. That's four hours. And only at around 9:30PM did we get our appetizers. That is an insane and unreasonable amount of time to wait for food to come out. They had quoted us around 30 minutes for the starters to come out but it was more like 1 hour. I had to order a Caesar because I was so hungry and needed some sustenance to tide me over. They did make this wrong as well, as there was no jumbo shrimp as advertised and it was not rimmed with spices. They did make it right after I sent it back, but at any bar they should be able to make a Caesar properly.The steak came an hour later at 10:30PM. Our entire table basically ordered the same thing, which is the 12oz strip cooked medium rare. But every single steak at our table was shaped and cooked differently. My friend had the thinnest piece of steak ever, while I had a chunky one. My boyfriend had a nice medium rare cook, while mine was basically brown. I've attached photos for your reference. I would've sent it back but I had been waiting so long to eat that I sucked it up. The vegetables and mash were good though.At the end they did give us 50% off the bill which was appreciated. The set menu was already $74 before tax and tip which is pretty pricey, and after alcohol costs I paid around $65. The discount was reasonable and improved the experience, but overall I spent 4 hours in a restaurant when I didn't need to. Also it sounds like other diners were affected as well. Please reconsider taking on large parties like this if it cannot be staffed properly.

(Last visited 2/12/2022.) Hanging out in Toronto for the Valentine's Day weekend and we've chosen to visit Wildfire this evening! Here's how it went!Atmosphere/Appearance: Inside Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan on the first floor is this beautiful restaurant. It's so modern, chic and it reminds me of a nightclub you'd see in a movie based on Miami. I loved the high ceilings, the décor, the lighting, the use of glass everywhere, it was awesome.Service: I can't remember who took care of us, but the gentleman was awesome. We didn't have to ask for anything and he was very quick.Food: We participated in their Valentine's Day Prix Fixe menu so we got to try a few things. We started off with their complimentary bread which was so delicious. The edges were crunchy, but the inside was soft. The bread also came with 2 different kinds of spread. I believe one was like a goat cheese spread and the other an olive spread. Both were delicious, but I was more partial to the goat cheese of course! Who actually likes olives? Lol. Next up was the shrimp cocktail, which was... okay. I have had better. The cocktail sauce was a bit ketchup-y and I definitely could've used more horseradish. The shrimp were decent in size though. For my entrée I went with the 10 oz. filet mignon which comes with seasonal vegetables and a choice of side. I opted for the mashed potatoes and I even added a skewer of grilled shrimp! The filet was pretty good, but I do remember it being overcooked just a bit, but it was definitely still delicious. The vegetables and mashed potatoes were seasoned deliciously and the grilled shrimp skewer was like the icing on the cake". A very delicious meal. For dessert I opted for the New York Cheesecake! Being a New Yorker I love to see how other countries and regions make their own versions of it. I must say that Wildfire nailed it. The cheesecake was creamy and the black raspberry sauce drizzled on top was an excellent complement. Nicely done!Value: This isn't necessarily a fine-dining institution

Came for the Winterlicious experience, we'd wanted to try this restaurant, place pretty small and crowded, tiny tables, not a place I would go for a romantic dinner.The Beet & Caesar salads were tasty, we would give them 4 stars.The New York Steak was a bit chewy according to my wife and the Rib Eye Steak wasn't well cut, part of it was well done and other part more of medium (I ordered medium rare), 3 stars for that.For desert, we've ordered Creme Brule, that is one of our favourite deserts, was way too sweet with a gelatin texture, we giving it 2 stars.

I recently visited this restaurant with my colleagues after work as part of our weekly tradition to unwind and destress. We had booked in advance and were thrilled to be given our own private section, complete with cool decor and ambient lighting. The added privacy allowed us to really enjoy each other's company without feeling crowded or rushed.While the restaurant wasn't particularly busy at the time of our visit, that didn't detract from our experience at all. We ordered several cocktails and beers, all of which were above average in taste and reasonably priced. Although the variety of drinks wasn't extensive, we were pleased to find out that they offer happy hour specials with a range of drinks and snacks. The snacks were reminiscent of Costco food, but they still hit the spot.When it came to the main menu, we decided to order several dishes to share. While they weren't necessarily top-notch, they were definitely worth trying. We appreciated the variety of options available and found the overall quality to be satisfactory.Overall, this restaurant is a great spot to unwind with friends and colleagues after a long day. The private section, good drinks, and decent food make it worth a visit. Don't expect anything too fancy, but you won't be disappointed either.

I had an incredible dining experience at Wildfire Toronto. The food was absolutely amazing, the drinks were top-notch, and the service was outstanding. Emily, along with the rest of the staff, Sean and Paul, made sure that our visit was memorable and enjoyable. Emily was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. The dishes were absolutely delicious, the drinks made by Paul were impressive, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend checking out Wildfire Toronto for a wonderful meal and great service. Can't wait to go back!

I absolutely recommend this place. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. From the time I arrived I was greeted by a staff member. I went pretty late for dinner, so there was no wait time. My waitresses Lydia and Shawn were amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and just over all gave me an amazing experience. I recommend they get a raise. The food, drinks and music so good perfect! I recommend house made maple Crème brûlée was a perfect find…will be back soon!

Really nice steak place that I would recommend to all. The whole experience and atmosphere was amazing in this restaurant. From the drinks to the main dishes everything tasted amazing. The steaks were juicy and melted in your mouth. I really really enjoyed my time at the establishment would visit again !
